手阳明、手太阳经腧穴主治症规范化研究

【摘要】 目的 归纳手阳明、手太阳经各腧穴在古今文献中的有关论述，统计主治症频次，总结各腧穴的高频次主治症。方法检索清代以及清代以前的中医著作700余部，其中涉及本课题的古籍计211部；及1994～2003年期间发表在国家及省级医学杂志中的文章，其中有关手阳明经、手太阳经主要腧穴主治症的计820篇。建立相应数据库，录入古代文献资料。统计各腧穴主治症出现频次，确定两条经腧穴常用的五个主治症。结果收集了关于腧穴别名、定位、刺灸法、主治症为主的文献，建立可以查询手阳明、手太阳经各腧穴全部内容的数据库。结论统计主治症频次，确定手阳明经、手太阳经各腧穴的高频次主治症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Through summing up the ancient and modern literature of the points of the Large Intestine Meridian and the Small Intestine Meridian and adding up the frequency of these points’ symptoms to conclude the main symptoms.Methods:Searched 211 ancient literature concluded in acupuncture ancient books or the chapters about acupuncture in synthesis medicine books, which existed in Qing dynasty or before. And searched 820 papers (All the papers were issued in province or national level magazines)about the symptoms of the main points of the Large Intestine Meridian and the Small Intestine Meridian from 1994 to 2003. To make a system about statistical data and input the ancient literature to the system. Added up the frequency of the points’ sysptoms, concluded five symptoms of these points which were used more frequently. Results:1 Treat the disease which occur around the points. 2 Treat the disease which occur along the meridian.3 Accord with the therories is accounted in the work Ling Shu. Conclusion:Through analyzing and studying ancient and modern literature, summarized high-frequency symptoms of the points of the Large Intestine Meridian and the Small Intestine Meridian.更多还原
