消抗汤对免疫性不孕抗体系列的疗效观察及探讨

【摘要】 目的：通过把导师以祖国医学辨证论治理论及组方原则为指导，又融入现代药理的新成果，并结合多年临床实践，以活血化瘀为根本大法组成的消抗汤，与具有抗血小板凝集，类似活血化瘀作用的西药阿司匹林，分别用于实验组和对照组，观察两组疗效有无差异性，同时观察消抗汤对免疫性不孕抗体系列的影响及分析探讨消抗汤的药理作用和治疗作用，从而获得今后运用消抗汤的客观依据。方法：将符合本实验纳入标准的79例免疫性不孕患者，随机分为实验组和对照组，实验组41例，对照组38例。实验组口服消抗汤，每日服2次，早晚各100ml；对照组口服阿司匹林，每晚服一次，每次50mg，两组均3个月为一疗程，经期停药，治疗期间性生活时均使用避孕套，治疗后均进行血清免疫性不孕抗体系列检测。观察疗效指标：临床治愈：一疗程后复查抗体系列中阳性和／或弱阳性抗体全部转阴；有效：一疗程后复查抗体系列中有阳性转为弱阳性，或弱阳性抗体转为阴性者，但仍有阳性或弱阳性抗体存在；无效：一疗程后复查抗体系列中阳性和／或弱阳性抗体全部无改变。所有数据均进行两样本率的比较，采用x~2检验。结果：将治疗后的实验组和对照组两组之间的各项疗效观察指标进行比较，实验组临床治愈率36.59％，好转率48.78％，总有效率85.37％；对照组临床治愈率5.26％，好转率10.53％，总有效率15.79％。P＜0.005，两组之间有显著差异。结论：通过试验证明，对有瘀血征象的免疫性不孕患者运用消抗汤治疗有肯定疗效，而且其疗效明显优于阿司匹林，说明消抗汤通过活血化瘀的作用，祛瘀生新，改善微循环，调理冲任，进而调节人体免疫功能。抑制循环血中抗体，促进抗体水平降低或转阴，为消抗汤今后用于临床治疗免疫性不孕提供了客观依据。这种以活血化瘀为大法治疗免疫性不孕，也是前所未有的，是具有突破性意义的治疗方法。在治疗免疫性不孕新药方面也具有一定的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect of Xiao Kang Decoction (XKD) on immune infertility antibody series and analyze and investigate its pharmacologic and therapeutic function. The formulation of XKD was directed by tutor’s theory of distinguish symptom therapy and formula principle. It followed the law of distinguish symptom therapy, also combined the new achievements of modern pharmacology and based on long-time clinical experience. Its basic method was to promote the circulation of blood and remove the blood stasis, aspirin had the function of counter the coagulation of the platelet which was similar to that of XKD. We used XKD in the treatment group, aspirin in the contrast group in the test to observe their therapeutic effect on immune infertility and compare them to find out whether there is difference between them.Thus we can obtain the objective basis of applying XKD.Method: We divided 79 patients who accord to the selection criteria into treatment group and contrast group randomly, 41 cases of control group, 38 cases of control group. The treatment group took XKD orally, two times daily, 100ml in the morning & evening, the contrast group took aspirin 50mg in the evening. One course of medical treatment lasted 3 months. (Stop the treatment during menstrual period. Condom should be used during sexual intercourse.) We checked the immune infertility antibody in the blood serum before and after the treatment. The therapeutic effect index: clinical cure: reexamine the antibody which was previously positive or/and slight positive after one course, they all turn negative; effective: for the sample that had one or more than one positive and/or slight positive antibody, the positive one turn slight positive or the slight positive one turned negative after one course, no effect: there was no change to the antibody which was previously positive and/on slight positive after one course. All the data were counted with SPSS software and the two sample rates were compared by x2-test.Results: Compare all the therapeutic effect indexes between the two groups after the treatment. As for the treatment group, clinical cure rate was 36.59%, effective rate was 48. 78%, total effective rate was 85. 37%, while those of the contrast group respectively were 5.26%, 10. 53%andl5. 79%, there was significant difference between the two groups. P<0. 005.Conclusion: Proved by the test, as for the patients who had sign of blood stasis, XKD’s effect was better than that of aspirin, whose effect was limited. It proved that XKD can remove the blood stasis, promote the regeneration, improve the micro-circulation and harmonize the Chong and Ren meridian to adjust the immune function of the body and recover the impaired immune balance, inhibit the occur of the antibody in the blood, promote the decline of its level. It also proved that XKD had definite effect on the immune infertility antibody. At the same time, the test provides reliable evidence for its clinical application in the future. It’sunprecedented in treating immune infertility with method of promoting the blood circulation and removing the blood stasis, so it’s of great significance in the aspect of the new drugs in treating the immune infertility.更多还原
