背俞穴的椎体间力学相关性研究

【摘要】 目的：研究背部相为表里两穴间在力学方面所具有的内在的特殊联系。即在生理结构上是否存在利于人体健康和活动的力学机制，从而成为存在的功能联系之一。方法 首先对脊柱进行磁共振成像：矩阵256×256，视场410，采用8mm扫描行胸椎、腰椎矢状面及横断面三维空间扫描，间隔20％。测量每一个椎体、椎间盘的横径、矢径、厚度。同时，通过查找有关文献资料，掌握前韧带、后韧带及其他韧带的厚度、宽度、长度等数据。电子扫描磁共振成像、输入电脑，进行电脑数据采集与识别，建立电脑模型，再输入相关的参数，然后利用ANSYS有限元分析软件进行单元格的划分，确定边界条件，在不同的部位使以不同的力，进行力学模拟试验，对相为表里的两穴间进行单力或双力试验，同时取相邻椎间盘为参照对象，进行了椎体相关性研究。结果：发现相为表里的两穴关系无论在单力测试中，还是在双力测试中，都明显地区别于与其它椎间盘的关系，而具有等效性、应力分布均衡性和完全的直线回归关系。结论：揭示了相为表里两穴在椎体力学方面存在的内在特殊联系性，这一实验结果从客观上证明了针灸学中的穴位表里相关理论的科学性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: study the mechanical relation between the two back shu accupation which have external-internal relationship. methods: The relative data obtained from MRI and computer temography scanning, was transmitted into computer to build the spinal model. With the help of software of "ANSYS" (the finite element analysis), the mechanical experiment was conducteed The relativity research was investigated between the two acupoints, which interrelates exteriorly and interiorly. The adjacent intervertebral discs were chosen as the contrast.Result: No matter in the single force trial or in the double forces trial, the experimental results suggest that relations between the two relative acupoints were significantly distinguished from the relation between the intervertebral discs. In addition, we could also conclude the equivalency, the equiponderance of stress distribution, and the thorough linear regression relation between the two acupoints. Conclusion: This experiment revealed the interior relations between the two acupoints, which interrelates exteriorly and interiorly.This principle would provide a guildline in the development of the clinical treatment on the aspects of Acupuncture, Massage, Ostedogy and Fraumatology.更多还原
