【摘要】 利用化学合成方法合成了一种新型碘制剂，应用透皮给药系统作为碘剂的给药方式，透皮剂型命名为“消炎王”。以狗为实验动物，建立关节炎模型，观察了“消炎王”对金黄色葡萄球菌型关节炎的临床疗效；同时以奶牛为实验观察动物，试验项目分别为针对奶牛后肢跗关节炎，牛蹄红肿热痛炎症，各种疖疮褥疮进行了临床药效验证试验。 在消炎王的药物吸收试验研究中，以肉兔作实验动物，兔耳喷涂药物的体外给药方式，分时间点采集血样，分离血浆，样品经处理后用气相色谱测定血浆中的碘浓度。数据用透皮剂的药代动力学计算方法处理，获得吸收参数的目的主要是确定药物能够透过皮肤，有一定的透过剂量及确定透皮剂的时滞时间，达峰时间，和平均滞留时间。由于消炎王是在局部使用局部起效的药物，所以仅追求其药代动力学参数的相对意义。 结果表明：①“消炎王”中的有机碘透过皮肤，在较长时间内能维持一定的血碘浓度，时滞时间0.42±0.18h，达峰时间1.5±0.5h，平均滞留时间2.72±0.78h。②对于狗的金黄色葡萄球菌型关节炎，有效率80％。③对于奶牛疖疮，蹄炎，跗关节炎相关疾患的药效学实验的平均有效率为64.4％。更多还原

【Abstract】 A new type of transmerdal lodin preparation which was systhesized in a chemical way and named "XIAO VAN WANG" by my self.. In the study, a pathological instep arthritis model of dog via injection staphylococcus aureus into instep arthrosis cavity and then a pharmacodynamical test of its permeation though dog’s instep arthrosis skin in vitro was performed, the clinical therapeutical effect of the praparation’s was investigated by clinical scores. After that,the forward study on therapeutical effect of clinical milk cow instep arthrosis was also carried.The study on trandermal absorben pharmacokinemics of the drug was carried in rabbits by spraying over two-sides ears. After admistration to the specialized location of the ears, the blood samples were collected in a ear side vein at 0,0.5,0.75,1,1.5,2,2.5,3,3.5,4,5,6,7,8 hour. The blood plasma was harvested and stoered at 4C. lodin in the plsma was detected though Gas Chromatography.Gas Chromatography qualification-Chromatography column: SE-30 , column temperture: 100C, the mobile phase: N2(GC-grade)), flow rate: 30ml/min, Detector and Temperture: ECD, 200C.The main pharmacokinetics parameters were calculated by the of 3p97, the main parameters were LagTime, Tcp, MRT and their values were 0.42 0.18h, 1.5 0.5h,2.72 0.78h respectively.The results indicated the drug(Iodin preparation),permeated largely into blood though skin and can reach to an satisfactory therapeutical effect of the conmentioned diseases above.At the same time,we can know from the results, the drug concentration in blood also can last quite long and can make a difference in inclinical use. The pharmakynamical test results also indicated, as to the dog’s arthrosis, the effective rate was about 80%, as to milk cow skin ulcer, hoof inflammation, instep arthrosis concerned diseases, the effective rate was about 64.4%.更多还原
