大学体育课程改革现状及发展趋势研究

【摘要】 2002年，《全国普通高等学校体育课程教学指导纲要》的颁布，使我们面临着新的一轮大学体育课程改革，这一动向已引起了广大体育界人士的关注。本文以改革为重要切入点，对我国20多年来的大学体育课程改革阶段进行回顾和反思，指出我国大学体育课程改革在经历了单一化和多样化的改革时期之后正向个性化的课程改革迈进。 在大学体育课程迈向个性化改革的过程中，分别从改革的指导思想、目标整合、学科构建、生理构建、心理构建五个方面对改革的现状进行分析。并认为我国大学体育课程改革趋势将表现为：课程理念发生进一步的转变；课程改革内涵进一步延伸；课程改革的思路进一步拓展。在此基础上，对本论文进行总结，认为：体制及运行机制的创新是体育课程改革的关键；大学体育课程目标更加关注学生个性发展的价值取向；大学体育课程得到延伸；教学形式逐步走向开放；大学体育和社会体育趋向融合等。 最后，对我国大学体育课程改革提出自己的意见，认为在改革的过程中应处理好以下方面：做好大、中、小学的衔接工作；处理好正规课程、非正规课程以及和其他形式的课程之间的关系，避免走向极端；建立适合我国国情的具有中国特色的大学体育课程。 本课题的研究成果为我国大学体育课程改革确立了理论依据，可以为进一步推进大学体育课程改革提供了研究思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 The guideline of college PE instruction was published in 2002, which attracted many attentions from sports field. Therefore we are facing new rounded curriculum reform. From the point of reform , we look back and ponder the history of curriculum reform from 1980s, reform of college P.E curriculum is becoming personal after the age of singleness and variety.During the course of curriculum reform, the article analyze the status of P.E curriculum from the point of various aspects, for example the target is conformed, the discipline of P.E is set up, the knowledge of physiology and psychology is included. The article also points out the trendy of curriculum reform. The idea will further transformed. The meanings of curriculum of P.E will further extend.Therefore, we draw conclusions based on the status. The key of reform of college P.E curriculum is the innovation of system and the principle of it. The aim of P.E curriculum pays attention to the students’ individual-orientated. The contents of PE curriculum expand. Teaching form is open. College physical education will integrate with society sports.In the end, the article puts forward some advice on reform of college P.E curriculum. Firstly, we should link up P.E curriculum from primary school to college. Secondly, we should cope with the relationship of curriculum types correctly and avoid the extremeness.
