普通高校体育评估管理信息系统的研究与开发

【摘要】 普通高校体育教育质量的高低，直接影响着人才培养的质量，而积极地不断开展普通高校体育评估则是加强普通高校体育管理，确保普通高校体育教育质量的有效途径。由此可见，普通高校体育评估是普通高校体育工作的一个重要组成部分。而普通高校体育评估是一项较为复杂的系统工程，涉及的信息量大，人工处理要消耗大量的时间和精力，这就亟需应用信息技术这一先进的生产力。通过查阅大量文献资料，发现管理信息系统在普通高校体育中的应用非常薄弱，针对这一现状，现采用传统的Client／Server(C／S)结构模式，使用Visual Studio．NET及Crystal Report开发环境，SQL Server 2000数据库，开发了一个具有数据统计、诊断评价以及辅助决策等功能的管理信息系统，以辅助有关管理部门更好的对普通高校体育工作进行行之有效的管理，使得普通高校的体育教育落到实处。 本研究立足于普通高校体育工作的实际，对开展普通高校体育评估的意义、原则、功能等进行了较为全面的阐述，并对普通高校体育评估管理信息系统的开发及应用进行了着重的介绍。为了更清楚的描述评估过程，本文选择了普通高校体育中的“组织管理”部分作为示例，进行了详细的描述。通过查阅文献资料、专家咨询调查等方法，并借鉴已有的评估材料，建立了以“领导重视程度”和“组织机构”作为一级指标，“学校体育工作计划的制定”等六项内容作为二级指标的指标格式。然后，利用层次分析法确定了各项指标的权重，从而构建出普通高校体育组织管理评估的指标体系。评估者只需按照管理评估表对评估对象进考核，并将所得的评估值输入本系统，即可根据自己的需求对评估对象进行多层次、多方位的多种比较，并产生相应的统计图表，从而进行定性和定量的分析，以达到辅助管理部门决策，改进高校体育工作的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 The quality of physical education in universities has a direct influence upon the fostering of talents, and continuous active development of P.E. evaluation in universities is an effective way of strengthening P.E. management and assuring the quality of P.E. in universities. Therefore, P.E. evaluation is an important part in university P.E. work, which is a complicated systematic project involving lots of information, time and energy, so we need to use information technology, an advanced productive force. Through literature review, I find that the application of managing information system is very weak in university P.E. management. According to current situation, by using the traditional structure mode Client/Server(C/S), Visual Studio.NET and the developing environment Crystal Report, I develop a managing information system with functions of statistics of data, diagnosis evaluation and policy-making assistance, which will effectively help and implement P.E. management in universities.This research, based on the practical university P.E. work, completely explains the significance, principle and function of developing P.E. evaluation, with the focus on the development and application of information of P.E. evaluation and management. In order to describe the evaluating process clearly, this thesis chooses "organizing management" as the example with detailed elaboration. By reviewing literature, consulting experts and using the previous evaluating material for reference, I construct the index format, with the degree of leaders’ attention-paying and the organization as index I, the six items, like the formulation of P.E. working plans, as index II. Then, adopting structure analysis to weigh up various indexes, I construct the index system of university P.E. evaluation of organizing management. People just check the objects according to the managing evaluation form and put in evaluating values, and then they can have several multi-dimensional comparisons and produce correspondent statistic figures in line with their need to carry out qualitative and quantitative evaluation, which will help to improve our work and policy-making.更多还原
