当代中国股份制企业工人阶级状况研究

【摘要】 企业是工人阶级的生长土壤，孕育着工人阶级的成长。国内企业从计划经济发展到股份制，经历了较长的过程。股份制形成后，企业新机制在各方面对工人阶级产生重要影响，使其从内到外都有了很大变化，与建国初及计划经济下的工人阶级有很大差别。本文通过对不同地区不同性质股份制企业员工和经理人员进行的大量调查访谈，对当代股份制企业中工人阶级做了一个详细而全面的描述。目的是通过透视股份制这个窗口来诠释当代工人阶级的新特点和新变化。 全文分为五部分： 绪论部分介绍了论文中的重要概念、论文的写作意义、本课题国内外研究状况以及本文的创新方面。 第二部分详细分析了股份制企业的涵义及其历史发展、工人阶级从计划经济到股份制经济的历史变迁、把股份制和工人阶级结合在一起研究的可能性及其重要意义。 第三部分针对工人阶级中的重要阶层一职业经理人进行了深入分析，研究了经理人员的阶级性质及其在股份制企业中的发展状况。 第四部分针对工人阶级中另外一个阶层--普通企业职工进行了分析，阐述了普通职工在股份制企业中各方面的详细情况，例如股份制改革给企业中的普通职工带来的经济、政治、心理等方面的影响等。 论文最后研究了新时期股份制企业中工人阶级的特点及其发展趋势。股份制中工人阶级反思性比以前有所加强，工人阶级更注重利用企业中工会的职能，工人阶级更加注重对经济民主的追求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Corporations supply growing condition for workers, which cultivate them to grow up. In our nation, corporations experienced a long period from planned economy to current stock system. After the stock system had formed, new system in corporations have deep influences on working class, changing them from inner to outside greatly, and they are different from the counterpart under traditional planned economy. In this paper, by a great number of investigations and visitations on workers and managers in different regions and stock corporations, the author gives a comprehensive detailed description on working class under current stock system. From the visual angle on stock system, new characteristics and variation are explained reasonably. The paper including five parts:The first part is abstract, which introduces some important conceptions and definitions, composing meanings, national and international research on this field , and the innovations of this paper.The second part mainly describes deep meaning and development of stock system corporations, historical variations of working class from planned economy to stock system economy, possibility of this research and significance of integration between stock system and working class.The third part analyzes an important estate in working class, professional manager. The classic nature of them and developing status in stock corporations are showed.The fourth part puts emphases on common workers, describing detailed instances of common workers in corporations, such as the economic, political and mental influence that stock system reformation brings to them.The last part presents the characteristics and developing trend of working class in new stock system corporations.
