戊唑醇对两种丝核菌致毒效应及防治技术研究

【摘要】 本文研究了利用戊唑醇、井冈霉素、丙环唑、噁醚唑、福美双、适乐时、三唑酮等 7 种药剂对苜蓿立枯病菌(Rhizoctonia solaniKuhn)和小麦纹枯病菌(Rhizoctonia cerealis)采用生长速率法进行室内毒力测定;研究了戊唑醇、井冈霉素、丙环唑、噁醚唑、福美双、三唑酮等 6 种药剂对立枯丝核菌菌丝生长及产生菌核的影响;此外还研究了戊唑醇·福美双、敌力脱、福美双、多菌灵等 4 种药剂对苜蓿立枯病,立克秀、敌萎丹、纹枯净、适乐时、井冈霉素等 5 种药剂对小麦纹枯病室内盆栽及大田的防治效果,还有戊唑醇·福美双、敌力脱、福美双、多菌灵等 4种药剂对棉花立枯病的大田防治效果。结果说明: (1)7 种药剂对立枯丝核菌毒力测定结果表明,毒力最高的药剂是戊唑醇,其 EC50 值为 0.056224μg·ml-1;毒力最低的为福美双,其 EC50值为 1.166154μg·ml-1。 (2)7 种药剂对小麦纹枯病菌菌株的毒力测定结果表明,戊唑醇的毒力最高,其 EC50 值为 0.0210μg·ml-1;毒力最低的为福美双,其 EC50值为 2.0038μg·ml-。 (3)苜蓿立枯病菌菌株能与标准菌株 AG-4 融合群互相融合,证明该菌属于立枯丝核菌的 AG-4,HJ-Ⅱ融合群。 (4)戊唑醇对立枯丝核菌菌丝生长抑制效果最好,其次为三唑酮,噁醚唑,抑制效果最差者为福美双。戊唑醇对立枯丝核菌产生菌核影响效果最好,其次为三唑酮,噁醚唑,抑制效果最差者为福美双。 (5)40%戊唑醇·福美双 WP 稀释 500 倍, 60%多菌灵 WP 稀释1000 倍,对苜蓿立枯病可以达到最佳的防治效果;纹枯净,敌萎丹,适乐时,立克秀 4 种药剂拌种后,都对小麦纹枯病表现出良好的防治效果,在各自的药种比范围内拌药量越大防治效果越好。 (6)研究制定了戊唑醇及其新制剂的推广方案,并大面积推广应用,取得了预期的结果。
【Abstract】 This text studied Rhizoctonia solani hypha fusion group and utilizeTebuconazole,Validamyc,Propiconazole,Difenoconazle,Cerealis,Thiram,Triadimefonset up to the Rhizoctonia solani adopt and growing method carry on room maliciousstrength determine.Study several drug set Rhizoctonia solani influence that hyphagrow against , produce fungus nuclear influence correctly. Study several drug set upwithered prevention and cure result of disease to alfalfa in addition. Among them, 7drug set against Rhizoctonia solani virulence result indicate virulence supreme drugthe Tebuconazole .It is for 0.056224 μg·ml-1; the lowest virulence is Cerealis.Its EC50is for 1.166154μg·ml-1. Rhizoctonia solani strain can melt with standard bacterialstrain AG-4 gregarious to merge each other.Prove fungus this belong to and set upAG-4, HJ-Ⅱof fungus, Tebuconazoleset against Rhizoctonia solani hypha itgrows to be best to suppress result, the lowest is Ceraelis. Tebuconazole set againstRhizoctonia solani produce fungus nuclear result best influence, the lowest isCerealis. 40% Tebuconazole WP dilute 500. 25% Propiconazole EC dilute 1000, 60%efficacious WP dilute 1000 times. Set up to Rhizoctonia solani may up to the bestprevention and cure result. Establish the new extending projection ofTebuconazole,and the application on farm had good anticipate result.
