经济契约中的信用问题研究

【摘要】 在当前的经济发展中，市场秩序处于规范与不规范的二重结构状态中，必然而又困惑。这其中，信用问题显得尤为突出。信用问题是一个复杂体，既从属于市场秩序又超越它；既有其时代性又有传统的一面；既独立而又有依附性。所以对信用问题的研究角度众多。本文选择经济契约中的信用作为研究角度，旨在通过经济交易中的契约关系，对其中的信用行为及信用关系做出全新理解，将契约与信用的关系与作用给予进一步的发展。经济契约理论是近20年来现代经济学最前沿的研究方向之一，也是主流经济学最有前途的研究突破方向之一。新古典经济学中无法解释的许多实际难题，运用契约理论的方法，都可以得到比较好的理解。本文的信用问题就是基于此，寻求契约理论的解决和理解的路径，做一尝试。本文共分为四个部分。第一部分是对契约理论的一般理论的概述。从契约的广义解释及起源入手，回顾了契约理论的发展历程，同时也是对经济学理论发展的回顾。在此基础上，指明了本文所要探讨的经济契约的范畴。第二部分是提出信用在经济契约中的必要性问题。首先提出了一个前提：非正式制度的信用，又从广义的制度体系出发，分析了正式与非正式制度的关系与兼容，给出了信用全新的理解。同时又说明了信用在经济契约中的必要性问题，提出了信用默认契约的性质问题。第三部分对信用默认契约的缺陷做出原因分析。从交易人的本性、社会影响及现实措施三个方面给予说明。第四部分是对问题的三重建议分析。分别是信用默认契约的自动实施模型、信用道德博弈论浅析和信用的现实建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the present economic development, the market order is in the normal and nonstandard double structure state, which is inevitable but puzzled. Among them, the credit question seems particularly outstanding. The credit question is a complicated body, which is subordinated to the market order as well as beyond it; there are two sides of characteristic age and traditional side; it seems independence and depending on otherwise. So angles of study on credit question are numerous. This text selects the credit in economic contract as study angle, the purpose is to understand the credit behavior and credit relationship among contract relation of economic transaction in a totally new way, and impart further development of the relation and function between contract and credit.The theory of economic contract is one of the research directions of the most modern advanced position of economics in the past 20 years. It is also the most promising research of mainstream economics that breaks through the directions too. A lot of actual difficult problems that can’t be explained in neoclassic economics, using the theory method of the contract, can receive better understand. Because of this, the credit question of this text is to seek the settlement and route of understanding the theory of contract, do the attempt.This text is divided into four parts altogether.The first part is a summary of the general theory of contract. Starting from the broad sense of the contract and the origin of it, which has reviewed the development course of the theory of contract, at the same time, it is the retrospect of theory development of economics too. On this basis, this part pointed out the category of the economic contract what is to be probed into this text.The second part puts forward the necessity of credit in the economic contract. At first it puts forward a prerequisite: The credit of the unofficial system, proceeding from the broad system, it has analyzed the relation and compatibility between the unofficial system and formal system, provided the brand-new understanding of credit. Proves the necessity of credit among economic contract at the same time, and puts <WP=5>forward the implicit contract nature of credit.The third part makes reason analysis to the defect of the implicit contract of credit. Accounts from the trade people’s natural instinct, social influence and realistic of measure.The fourth part is to propose triply analyses to the question. It is credit automatic implementation model of implicit contract, simply analyses with credit morals game theory and reality of credit propose separately.更多还原
