我国高师体育院系体育教育专业课程设置改革研究

【摘要】 高师体育教育专业的培养目标是：德智体全面发展，具有良好的科学素养，掌握体育教育的基本理论、基本知识和基本技能，并受过体育科学研究基本训练的体育教育专门人才，并能从事中等以上学校体育教学、管理、训练的体育教师。本文以全国高师体育院系体育教育专业毕业生就业现状为突破口，分析影响体育教育专业毕业生就业的因素，探求人才培养与社会需求的内在关系。通过对全国高师体育院系体育教育专业课程设置的调查研究，发现现阶段体育教育专业的课程设置，已不适应高速发展的高师体育教育专业教学和人才培养的需要，特别是中小学体育课程的改革，体育（与健康）课程标准（实验稿）的推广，更对体育教育专业课程设置提出了新的要求，因此高师体育教育专业课程设置改革势在必行。高师体育院系体育教育专业课程设置改革是一项系统工程，它包含两个方面内容：一是课程内容的革新，二是课程结构的优化。本文以社会需求与课程设置两方面入手研究当前我国高师体育教育专业课程设置改革问题。通过国内外体育教育专业课程设置的比较分析，指出现阶段体育教育专业课程设置的存在的不足，提出了现阶段课程设置指导思想和原则及优化体育教育专业课程设置的新构想，并为高校体育教育专业课程改革提供理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The goal of higher teachers training on PE education is to trainteachers that are over-all developed, well scientifically educated,specialized in basic theory, knowledge and skills of PE education andable to teach and do management work and training work at high schoolsand colleges. In this thesis the author focuses on the employment of PE majorsfrom higher teachers’training colleges and analyzes the factors thatinfluence their employment to find out on the relationship betweenteachers’training and needs of the job market. Based on the research on curriculum of PE department at collegesin this country, the author finds out that the current arrangement oflessons is no longer appropriate for the need for the growing need of PEteachers education. The reformation of PE class at elementary schoolsand high schools and the new curriculum standards on PE (and health)requires reform made on class arrangement for PE teachers education asa result. Yet this reform is expected to be a systematic project concerningtwo aspects: the innovation of content, the optimization of curriculumstructure. This thesis starts from the needs of job market and curriculum aftercomparing and analyzing curriculum arrangement on PE education homeand abroad, the author points out some shortcomings of currentcurriculum arrangement and presents some principles and new thoughtson optimization of PE education curriculum arrangement in an attemptto form foundation theories for teachers’training on PE education atcolleges.更多还原
