中共国防现代化思想论析

【摘要】 和平时期的国防建设思想，既反映了一个国家和民族的精神状态，又直接关系到其在可能发生的战争中的命运和前途。因此，它一向被富有远见的思想家、理论家所关注。建国50多年来，以毛泽东、邓小平、江泽民为代表的中共三代领导集体殚精竭虑，对国防建设的各个领域进行了积极的探索与实践，形成了以爱和平、重防御、求统一为主题的中共国防现代化思想。三代领导集体的国防现代化思想既有各自鲜明的特点，又具有连贯的继承发展关系。比较研究他们的国防建设思想，并分析总结其经验教训，对于加快我国21世纪国防现代化建设进程具有重要意义。本文主要从四个方面对中共国防现代化思想进行论述。前三个部分分别阐述了三代领导集体国防现代化思想的产生背景、主要内容及其理论价值。第四部分为本文的画龙点睛之处——中共国防现代化思想与新世纪国防建设。在这里着重探讨了中共三代领导集体国防现代化思想的继承和发展关系，阐述了该思想的现实意义，并就如何使其发扬光大、作用未来谈了几点自己的意见和看法，以期能为中国国防现代化建设事业尽一份职责和义务。更多还原

【Abstract】 The thoughts of national defence construction in the peace epoch not only reflects spirits of a country but also directly relates to its fate and development in the occurrence of the possible war, which had been widely focused by many insightful theorists and thinkers. Since the foundation of the People`s Repubic of China, Mao Zedong,Deng Xiaoping and Jiang Zemin,the representatives of the three generations of the leaders in China Communist Party, were working hard and devoting themselves to exercise and explore the path of construction of national defence and then summed up a systematical thoughts of national defence of modernization characterized with love for peace, inclination to recovery and pursuit for unified nation. The thoughts had been connected with one another as well as based on the former and had been developing in spite of its own distinct features respectively. Comparing their thoughts and summarizing experiences and lessons are significant importance to step up the pace of national defence construction of modernization in 21th century .The present paper is argued on thoughts of national defence of modernization primarily from four aspects .The first three parts discuss the background beings, the main content, and theoretical value of thoughts of national defence of modernization of the three generations leaders. The last part, the most lightful of the paper, mainly focus on the relationship between the construction of national defence in new century and thoughts of the national defence of the China Communist Party. In this part the researcher also emphasizes to discuss the nature of succession and expansibility and to show the realistic significance of thoughts of national defence of modernization. In the end, some valuable viewpoints and advice are provided on how to carry forward the thoughts in practice and what functions it will act in future. As a scholar, the researcher, major in the history of the Party, expects to offer my own contributions to great enterprise of national defence construction with precise investigation and continuous efforts!更多还原
