技术需求与技术实现

【摘要】 随着知识经济的到来，加强技术创新，促进技术实现已成为时代的最强音。而技术实现(即生产力功能及社会功能的实现)却是一项综合的系统工程。它的生产力和社会功能实现的程度如何，效果怎样，这不仅取决于强劲的需求，同时还与科技自身特征及它实现所采取的模式、机制与环境等诸多因素有关。本文第一部分与第二部分主要界定了技术需求的内涵，阐述了技术实现的功能特征及形成过程，并从哲学角度对技术实现展开了思考。第三部分着重分析了技术需求与技术实现的关系，探讨了技术实现的影响因素和动力模型。最后一部分针对我国技术实现不容乐观的现状，分析其主要原因在于需求动力乏力，并通过实证分析与理论探讨，对我国需求动力为何乏力，以及如何加强技术需求，促进我国技术实现提出了系列对策和许多建设性意见。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with the coming of the information economy it has been the first ictus of era to strengthen the innovation of technology and advance the realization of technology.But the realization of technology(that is the realization of the pruductive and social functions) is a comprehensive systems engineering.That what are the degree of realization of the pruductive and social functions and its effect depends not only on strong requirement,but also on the characteristics of science and technology and its pattern^ mechanism^ environment etc to realize its target.In Part 1 and Part 2 of this paper the author gives a new definition of the connovation of the requirement of technology,expounds the functions , charactionstics , process of the realization of technology which is derebrated in light of philosophy as well.In part 3,the relationship between the requirement and realization of technology is mainly analyzed.The factors affecting the realization of technology and the impetus patterns are also probed into.Because of a bad situation of the realization of technology at present,in last part the author argues its reason is the fatigue of the dynamics of the requirement.By analyzing the facts and investigating the theory many constructive suggestions are put forward on how we strengthen the requirement of technology and advance the realization of technology.更多还原
