适用于多种通讯方式的远程电能校准装置管理系统研究

【摘要】 到目前为止,对现场在线运行的电能表依然采用工作人员到现场进行校准的方式。这种方式费工费时而工作效率低,抵达现场的过程及在现场校准准备过程中存在着诸多安全隐患(如交通安全、现场接线过程中的短路开路等),还存在着人为因素而造成的数据可信性问题。针对传统方式所存在的种种弊端,本课题首次提出了远程电能表校准系统的理念。该系统由调度端综合管理软件、用电端中程管理软件、以及基于PCI总线的数据采集卡三部分组成。课题完成其中的一、二两部分。整套系统采用VC++开发平台,使用cjlib类库作为程序框架基类,具有功能有:基于GIS技术的变电站一次电气图绘制功能、通过多线程技术以及线程池技术实现根据不同通讯方式(电话拨号方式、数据网直接连接方式),同时与多个变电站进行通讯功能、地区所辖所有变电站综合管理功能,以及电能表数据分析、管理功能。通过该系统,工作人员足不出户,就可以了解该地区内任意一座变电站内的任意一块电能表的误差。有利于电力系统的自动化、数字化管理。
【Abstract】 At the present time, power quality calibration adopts the method of spot calibration. This method wastes large amount of time, and the working efficiency is low. There are some hidden troubles of security during the way to the calibration locale and the period of preparing for calibration. And there are some man-made data reliability problems. Aiming at such problems, this thesis brings forward the idea of setting up a remote power quality calibration system for the first time. This system consists of three parts: the server program, the client program and the data collection card based on the PCI bus. This thesis accomplished the part one and the part two. The whole system is developed under the Visual C++ developer, using the Cjlib class lib as the base interface class. The system has such functions as followed: firstly, it could provide the whole function of drawing and editing the power component blueprint of the transformer substation. Secondly, using the multi-thread and the thread pool technique to realize the function of communicating with several transformer substations by different communication modes (the telephone dial-up mode, the data net directly linked mode). And the system also has the function to analyse and manage the data of the ammeters. Using this system, the worker can remote control and supervise any ammeter of the area without going to the locale. Surely, this system will in favor of the automation in the power system.
