神经网络PID控制器在空调房间温度控制中的仿真研究

【摘要】 随着智能建筑的快速发展,楼宇自动化控制系统也逐渐在控制算法以及控制精度上不断提高;另外,80年代后人工神经网络的兴起,其应用领域不断扩大,作为基于人脑结构和功能而建立起来的新学科,它可用于人工智能、模式识别、生物仿真、先进控制等各种领域,人工神经网络在暖通空调领域的应用也逐渐受到重视;而作为应用广泛的PID控制器,其具有结构简单、参数物理意义明确、动态静态特性优良等许多优点,因此常规PID控制在建筑智能领域同样不能忽视;将应用广泛的PID控制器和具有学习功能的神经网络相结合,是智能控制的一种新的途径。针对智能建筑中较为常见的中央空调系统房间温度的控制,本文对神经网络PID控制算法作了仿真以及实验研究,提出了将最优控制和神经网络PID相结合的方法,对于空调房间温度的控制有良好的效果。首先对神经网络PID控制算法进行了数字仿真和分析,对神经网络PID控制器设计中的一些问题作了理论分析;然后利用MATLAB软件SIMULINK平台对中央空调系统房间温度控制进行了仿真,并提出了将最优化控制和神经网络PID相结合的一种算法;最后通过水域温度控制的实验,验证了神经网络PID控制算法的实用和有效性。

【Abstract】 With the development of intelligent buildings, the control algorithm and precision of the control system is gradually improved. After the 80’s years the theory of artificial neural network (ANN) sprang up that is a new subject based on the structure and function of brain, which can be applied to the artificial intelligence, mode identification, simulation of biology and advanced control etc. It is attatched importance that artificial neural network is applied in the heating, ventilation and air conditioning field. The PID controller has many advantage such as simple structure, parameter of certain physical meaning, good dynamic and static characteristic and so on. The conventional PID is not also ignored. The combination of the broad-using PID controller and ANN is a way of intelligent control.Aimed at the temperature control of air conditioning system, this paper simulates and studies through the experiment on the algorithm of neural network PID control, and bring forward a mean that the best control combines neural network PID, which is adaptive to the control of temperature in the air conditioning system. Firstly, the digital simulation and analysis is to the neural network PID control; secondly through the MATLAB, the temperature control of air conditioning system is simulated and the combination of the best control and neural network PID control is put forward; at last the practicality and validity of neural network PID controller is proved by the experiment that the water temperature is controlled.
