基于磁网络法汽轮发电机转子绕组匝间短路故障的研究

【摘要】 详细分析了汽轮发电机转子绕组匝间短路故障的原因,指出传统研究方法的不足和提出新的研究方法的意义;提出了利用磁网络模型来模拟发电机转子绕组匝间短路故障的方法;根据磁路与电路的相似性,成功地建立了汽轮发电机的磁网络模型,并以定子绕组支路电流为变量,建立了微分方程组。对转子绕组不同位置发生不同程度的匝间短路故障时,转子磁势的变化情况进行了详细的推导。同时也对均匀气隙磁导的求解进行了分析。以定子绕组支路间环流为判断依据,利用磁网络模型并借助于MATLAB软件对转子绕组不同位置发生不同程度的匝间短路故障进行了模拟仿真,通过电机实验室的发电机转子绕组匝间短路试验,对上述相关理论进行了具体验证,试验结果和模型仿真结果相互吻合;说明了磁网络模型的有效性。
【Abstract】 The fault causes of generator rotor inter turn short circuit has been analyzed deeply, and the shortage of the traditional methods and the significance of researching the new study method are pointed out. The method that uses the reluctance network model to imitate the generator rotor inter turn short circuit fault has been put forward. According to the alike between magnetic circuit and electric circuit, the reluctance network model of turbine generator has been set up. The differential equations were set up based on that the variable was the stator winding branch current. The variation of rotor magnetic potential has been analyzed detailed when the different places of rotor winding happened the different deep inter turn short circuit fault. At the same time, the solution to uniform air-gap permeance was analyzed. Taking stator winding branch circuit as criterion, using the reluctance network model and MATLAB software simulated different rotor inter turn short circuit on different places. By means of the generator rotor inter turn short circuit experiment of the machine experimental laboratory units. The concerned theory above is verified concretely. The result coincides with the theory. The validity of the reluctance network model was declared.
