大型电站锅炉运行热经济性优化研究

【摘要】 本文通过引入氧的折算发热量这一概念,结合正、反平衡计算原理,推导出在线计算锅炉效率的计算方法;针对某电厂300MW四角切圆燃煤锅炉的飞灰含碳量特性,应用人工神经网络的非线性动力学特征及自学习功能,建立了大型四角切圆燃烧锅炉飞灰含碳量特性的神经网络模型,并进行了现场验证;同时采用遗传算法对锅炉热效率进行优化,获得最佳锅炉运行参数,初步实现了锅炉运行热经济性的最优,为机组的优化运行提供了依据。

【Abstract】 In this paper, with the new concept of the oxygen heat-converting value introduced, on-line calculation of boiler efficiency is deduced by means of applying both direct and indirect balance methods. Based on boiler thermodynamic test under different load conditions, the neural-networks model of the coal content in fly ash of the corner tangential circle firing 300MW boiler unit is built up on the basis of the understanding of the nonlinear dynamic features and self-learning function of the artificial neural-networks, and this model is being tested in the selected power plant. In this process, the genetic algorithms (GAs) are studied to optimize the boiler thermal efficiency and find out the optimal operational parameters of the boiler. In a result, the boiler thermal economical efficiency is realized, which can be utilized to direct the optimal operation of the boiler unit.
