挡板除雾器的动力学特性研究

【摘要】 本文根据N—S方程组分别对除雾器内气液两相流动进行描述,采用模型及颗粒轨道模型对方程组进行封闭,再通过有限差分法将微分方程组离散为差分方程,对折线型挡板除雾器的单相流场及颗粒在流场中的运动轨迹进行了数值模拟,以此从理论上来验证实验结果对脱硫除雾器动力学特性给出的描述。本论文是应用大型通用流体计算程序来编写计算程序的,程序语言是建立在计算流体力学各种计算功能之上的二次语言,很好地完成了预期目标。通过对计算结果的分析,验证了多种结构参数和运行参数对脱硫除雾器的压力降、分离效率的影响。这说明使用大型计算程序来模拟脱硫除雾器内的气液两相流动是比较方便和直观的。
【Abstract】 Flow filed distribution in curved duct of vane type mist eliminator is discussed in this paper. Gas-liquid two-phase flow field in Vane Mist Eliminator is described by N-S equation group. model and Particle-Track model is utilized for the closure of the time-averaged equation group. Differnntial equations are discretized to difference equation by finite difference method. The effects of height, turning angle , spacings and gas velocity on pressure drop and removal efficiency are analyzed finally. The results of numerical simulation are in good agreement with experimental datas. Large-scale in common fluid calculation procedure is used to write procedure in this thesis. The procedure language is a language two times set up in calculating various kinds of computing functions of hydrodynamics, have well achieved the re-set goal. The result of calculation has proved the influence of many kinds of structure parameter and operate parameter on pressure drop and removal efficiency of vane type mist eliminator. It is proved to be convenient and ocular of using large-scale calculation procedure to simulate gas liquid two-phase of vane type mist eliminator. Hua Wei (Environmental Engineering)Directed by prof.
