接入分散电源的电力系统暂态特性分析

【摘要】 随着分散发电技术的发展,分散电源在系统中大量出现,它们对电网的影响越来越重要。研究分散电源对电力系统暂态特性影响成为亟待解决的技术问题。文中给出了燃气轮机和燃料电池的动态模型,燃气轮机考虑了励磁及调速系统,燃料电池考虑了燃料流量控制、有功功率控制以及无功功率控制环节。利用PSASP/UD建立了燃气轮机励磁及调速系统的用户自定义模型,并结合典型配电网分析了励磁及调速系统的动态特性,考虑了燃气轮机不同容量变化对配电网暂态特性影响。在MATLAB中建立了燃料电池和燃气轮机模型,分析了联网燃气轮机的动态特性,并结合典型配电网分析了燃料电池不同容量变化、燃料电池和燃气轮机不同容量组合对配电网暂态特性的影响。算例表明了模型的可行性和有效性,为进一步研究分散电源对电力系统的影响奠定了基础。
【Abstract】 With the development of distributed generation, there have been a great number of distributed resources. Which are becoming more and more important to power system in distribution system. Studying the influence of distributed resources to transient performance of power system is becoming a desiderated solving technique issue. Dynamic model of gas turbine considering speed governor and excitation system is presented in this paper, and dynamic model of fuel-cells considering loops of active power, reactive power controller and fuel flow regulator is also presented. The User- Defined Model of excitation system and governor is established using PSASP/UD. Combined with typical distribution system, this paper analyses the dynamic performance of governor and excitation system and the effects of considered different changing capacity of gas turbine on the transient performance of distribution system. With model of gas turbine and fuel-cells established in MATLAB, the dynamic performance of grid-connected gas turbine are the effects of changed capacity of fuel-cells is analyzed,and the different capacity mixing about fuel-cells and gas turbines on dynamic performance of distribution system are analyzed. The cases have shown the feasibility and the validity of the model, and this paper has established the foundation for further studying on the influences of distributed generation to power system.Shen Haiquan (Electric System and Its Automation)Directed by Prof. Li Gengyin
