先进控制策略在循环流化床控制中的应用

【摘要】 深入研究了自抗扰控制的有关理论,得出了一种适于现场DCS组态实现的参数整定方法,提出了一种新型的自抗扰控制方案。通过分析常规PID控制算法的不足,结合智能控制的思想和非线性控制的精华,提出了两种非线性补偿PID算法:基于指数函数补偿的PID和基于函数切换补偿的PID。在本校开发的300MW火电仿真机上,建立了用上述三种控制策略实现的过热汽温控制方案,经升、降负荷验证,均取得了优于常规PID的控制效果。针对循环流化床的一次风-床温模型,分别做出了上述三种控制策略和常规PID实现的控制方案,经仿真验证,三种控制策略的控制效果均优于常规PID。

【Abstract】 By making a deep study of ADRC, a new method of regulating the control parameter which is fit for the spot configuration of DCS system is proposed.Moreover, a new scheme of ADRC is introduced firstly.By analyzing normal PID controller’s shortage and combining the theory of intelligent control with the prime of non-linear control, a PID algorithm based on exponential function compensation and a PID algorithm based on function switch compensation are created.In a 300MW power unit simulator, three kinds of superheater temperature control based on above three control strategies are erected.By lifting and dropping the running load, perfect control effects are gained.Through acting on the first wind-bed temperature model, simulation curves of above three control strategies and normal PID control strategy are obtained.The simulation effects show the superiority of those new strategies to the normal PID control strategy.Gao Feng (Control Theory and Control Engineering)Directed by prof.Wang Bingshu and associate prof.Lin Yongjun
