自适应信号处理算法研究及FPGA实现

【摘要】 为了高速实现自适应信号处理,本课题在对自适应信号处理算法研究的基础上,对LMS算法进行了基于FPGA的实现。首先对自适应LMS算法作了适合采用流水线技术的划分,把整个算法划分为若干独立的子操作。然后在此基础上提出一种新的流水线流程。该流水线流程可以分为局部流水线和整体流水线两种。它们在系统中相互独立,但必须协调。在基于FPGA实现LMS算法的过程中,还采用现代电路设计最流行的模块化设计的方法。根据设计过程中必须进行舍位处理,提出了修正的LMS算法的表达式,表示了实际实现与理论公式的偏差。仿真结果表明整个设计方案是正确的、可行的。
【Abstract】 In order to realize adaptive signal processing at a high speed, this project realizes the LMS algorithm based on FPGA according to analysis of adaptive algorithms. In this project, the LMS algorithm is divided into several sub-operations. This division can be adopted into pipeline structure very easily. At the basic of this division, a new pipeline structure is proposed. The new pipeline structure has two types, one is of the whole system, the other is of some special operations. These two different pipelines are independent but must function in harmony. When this design method realized, the idea of module is adopted. In this project, truncation must be taken to ensure the result is correct. According to the truncation, a modified expression of the LMS algorithm is proposed, this expression can express the warp between theory and practice. The validity of these methods is conformed by simulation result.
