膜混凝反应器水处理的研究

【摘要】 膜-混凝反应器(MCR)是膜分离与混凝的组合工艺。二者组合具有互补性,而且还可能使装置具有体积小、简单、运行管理方便、出水稳定优良的优势。自2000年开始天津大学对膜混凝反应器进行了从小试到中试进而到工程样机实际运转的实验研究,取得了很好的效果。本实验以第三代一体化膜混凝反应器样机MCR-300为载体,对其处理微污染地表水进行了中试研究,经测定其出水中的CODMn、UV254、UV410和浊度等指标均符合《生活饮用水卫生规范(2001)》的相应规定。证明MCR-300是一种中小规模的,能适应间歇运行、快速出水需要的便携式饮水器,也可为边远地区或野战部队提供健康的饮用水。另一套实验装置是MCR-15,该装置是利用膜混凝反应器原理处理高含氟水的新型实验装置,属小试规模。通过两个月的实验研究证明,F-浓度在3.5-5mg/L的原水通过投加一定量的混凝剂,在适宜的pH值下,经微滤膜过滤后可以取得良好的除氟效果,达到《生活饮用水卫生规范(2001)》所规定的<1mg/L的水平。同时,也对其它两种除氟方法进行了比较。为了将研究成果应用于生产实践,本文针对MCR膜混凝反应器应用于大型和小型水处理设施的可能性进行了论证,并结合几个工程实例进行了方案的比较和选择,提出了MCR工艺的适用条件和基础,为该工艺今后的大面积推广献计献策。
【Abstract】 Membrance Coagulation Reactor consists of membrane separation and coagulation process .This process is a combination process that has advantage of short hydraulic retention time,easy usage and management,steady and good treatment effect. Tianjin University has made some tests and research on MCR in small-scale test system, pilot-scale system and project case since 2000 and has a good effect. This study was based on the MCR-300, after testing the effluent of CODMn,UV254,UV410 and turbidity, We found that the effluent quality meet the National Standard on Domestic Drinking Water Quality Standard(2001) .The result indicated that MCR-300 is a equipment for drinking water that has quite a few advantages on middle scale, intermission working, short time and also can supply healthy drinking water for far from the center and army..Another one is MCR-15,a new test equipment used to treat high fluorin water, based on the principle of MCR with small-scale system.The two month test result showed that it had good effect on fluorin remove.We add some flocculation to raw water with fluorin 3-5mg/L at proper pH, the effluent fluorinin can <1mg/L, meet the National Standard on Domestic Drinking Water Quality Standard(2001).In order to use the results of test to project case, the writer demonstrates the feasibility of MCR, used to large-scale and small-scale water treatment system.On basis of this conception, we compare some project case and processes,then give the basic useful condition, which is valuable for reference in this process to be used in future.
