火电厂烟气脱硝的数值模拟

【摘要】 本文围绕电厂尾部烟气选择性催化还原氮氧化物技术这一主题,在简要阐述我国电力工业发展及所面临的环境问题的挑战及国内外烟气脱硝技术的发展历史、现状和趋势的基础上,着重介绍了烟气脱硝的选择性催化还原(SCR)技术的原理、工艺流程以及SCR系统的核心--催化剂等相关的问题,本文的主要内容是对选择性催化还原(SCR)氮氧化物系统进行数值模拟。 对SCR进行数值模拟是本文的核心。目前对SCR数值模拟的研究在我国开展极少。本文在结合国外相关研究成果的基础上,通过对SCR系统多方位全面系统的研究,了解其内部构造、烟气流动特性、化学动力学特性等,选择合理的数值计算模型,确定各种数据和参数进行数值模拟。对SCR的数值模拟可以表现出SCR系统每个几何布置的运行特性。通过优化几何布置一个达标可靠的系统可以成功的设计出来。 本文以某电厂的SCR系统为案例,利用FlHent数值计算软件模拟了SCR反应器内烟气与氨的混合物的速度分布、压力变化情况,并在这个过程中不断对结构进行优化。

【Abstract】 This paper introduce coal-fired plant flue gas selective catalytic NOx reduction(SCR) technique, and describes our country electric power industry developmentand the challenge of facing environment problem and development domestic anddevelopmental history 、 present condition, trend of development of internationalflue gas deNOx technique .In this basis, emphasized to introduce the SCRtechnique principle, craft process and related problem etc. The main contents inthis text are to numerical modeling for design optimization of SCR applications.Numerical modeling for design optimization of SCR applications is the core tothe paper. The research numerical modeling of SCR at our country is notwidespread. On the basis of combination of abroad research result, thedevelopment of the project, the equipment design, the construction effort, and thecommissioning and optimization effort. Catalyst design details are alsodescribed.Making use of the some coal fired plant SCR system, use Fluent numbercalculation software to imitate flue gas and ammonias mixture distributes,pressure variety circumstance, and proceed the excellent turning to theconstruction continuously in this process.
