葡萄酒质量优化系统

【摘要】 现代葡萄酒产业的发展己上升到高度综合的层次,传统的葡萄与葡萄酒生产管理方法越来越表现出它的局限性,既表现在决策过程中的盲目性,又表现于研究成果推广应用的低效率、低质量,与发达国家的以电子信息技术为代表的现代化葡萄与葡萄酒产业形成了鲜明对比。用电子信息技术改造我国葡萄酒行业己是我们的必然选择,而专家系统、知识管理系统、专家决策系统等为我们提供了一种全新的处理行业问题的思想方法和技术手段。为了加快科研成果的推广,提高葡萄酒的质量,以葡萄酒质量最优化的理论和实践为指导思想,在收集、整理和分析葡萄和葡萄酒质量控制方面专业书籍、文献资料以及专家知识和经验的基础上,采用面向对象的知识表示方法和技术,建立了系统知识库和模型库。在此基础上,运用面向对象的程序设计思想,在Visual Foxpro平台上设计并初步实现了葡萄酒质量优化系统(WQOS),以实现从土地到消费者餐桌的整个产业链的葡萄酒质量的全程控制,为葡萄酒质量最优化控制奠定了基础。系统实现了以下功能:通过生产导航判定葡萄酒的生产类型和葡萄的栽培品种;通过气候适宜性评判得出是否适合发展酿酒葡萄的结论;通过葡萄栽培管理措施和病虫害防治咨询,协助用户对葡萄园进行管理和葡萄的质量控制;通过取样检测和报警,确定葡萄的最佳采收期;通过收获方式和运输方式的咨询,加强对葡萄原料的质量控制;通过酿酒葡萄原料质量评判,得出某一原料品种在不同成熟度和卫生状况下合适的葡萄酒生产类型、香型和生产工艺等;通过各种干型葡萄酒酿造工艺导航以及取样检测和报警措施,确保葡萄酒的质量不会发生偏离;通过葡萄酒陈酿工艺知识浏览和咨询以及陈酿取样检测与报警控制,确保葡萄酒陈酿期间的最佳质量;通过合理的葡萄酒稳定处理、葡萄酒质量检验及合理的灌装措施咨询与控制确保葡萄酒的质量;通过合理的贮藏和运输措施咨询保证葡萄酒的运输质量;通过正确的餐酒搭配和葡萄酒的服务咨询,将葡萄酒的质量控制延伸到葡萄酒的服务和消费环节。系统的知识库具有相同的一维数组结构,这使得知识库的维护更加简单,并且更加容易扩充。具有修改权限的知识工程师和领域专家不用改动任何程序,即可以直接在用户界面上对知识库进行维护,可以实现对知识的扩充,也可以采用对知识库中的表进行维护,定义知识之间的层次关系,完全不会影响模块知识树的结构。采用类和控件实现界面的统一和美观。系统友好的界面使得操作更灵活、方便、快捷。

【Abstract】 Modern wine industry has developed to high integrated levels, traditional management of viticulture and wine making have their limitations. It shows in blindness on decision-making, low efficiency and low quality on spread scientific research achievement. All of these cannot meet the demands of the modernization of viticulture and wine industry. Expert system technique provides a new idea and means to deal with the complicated viticulture and wine industry problem. In order to speed the spread of scientific research achievement and improve wine quality, based on wine quality optimized theory, gathering and analyzing knowledge about viticulture and quality control knowledge of wine and experience of field experts, use objected-oriented systems analysis and knowledge representation technique, establish database, knowledge and model repositories system. On the basis of these researches, use objected-oriented program design method to develop Wine Quality Optimized System (WQOS) aiming to realize the whole control of wine quality from farm fields to the dinner table.The following functions have been realized: via production guide to determine the direction of viticulture and wine making; via assessment of atmosphere suitability to determine whether atmosphere factors can meet the needs of grape growth and grape quality, then decide to grow or not grow grape; via consultation of vineyard management methods, prevention and control of plant diseases and insect pests, grape maturity control and harvest ways consultation to assist users to manage vineyard and ensure the quality optimized of wine grape; via sampling test, data record and warning to determine time to harvest; Via the assessment of wine grape materials quality to assist decision making on accept or not, if accept, then give the suitable wine making type, aroma type and wine making techniques et al; via guides of different wine making techniques and by sampling test and warning to ensure wine making quality; via establishing suitable ageing techniques and consultation system, assist to control wine aging quality and ensure the optimization of wine ageing with the help of aging sampling test and warning; via suitable stabilization management,inspection and bottling management to ensure wine bottling quality; via consultation of suitable storage and transport methods to ensure wine quality; via correct matches of wine and food and wine service consultation to extend wine quality control to the segment of wine service and consumption.Most knowledge repositories of WQOS have the same one-dimensional data structure, a <WP=10>kind of objected-oriented data structure, which make the maintenance and expansion of knowledge repositories become easier. Knowledge engineers and field experts who have the purview of edit can directly amend the knowledge repositories in the user interfaces without changing any program, or modify knowledge tables to change the relationships of different levels of knowledge. Adopted “class” and “ActiveX Control” to increase the consistent and friendly of system interface, and made the operation more convenient and agility.
