农村剩余劳动力转移过程中的教育作用分析——以河南省腰庄村为个案

【摘要】 农村剩余劳动力向非农产业和城镇转移是工业化、现代化的必然趋势。努力推进农村剩余劳动力的转移，对于新世纪初叶我国全面建设小康社会具有重大的现实意义。农村剩余劳动力的转移与教育发生着深刻的联系，教育对促进劳动力转移起着至关重要的作用。本论文以河南省的一个普通的行政村——腰庄村为研究对象，重点分析与探讨在劳动力转移过程中教育是如何发挥作用的。论文研究的基本线索如下： 第一章：对腰庄村的基本情况以及腰庄村劳动力转移的历史和现状作简单的介绍，为以下的研究分析做好铺垫和准备。 第二章：从三个方面分析教育在腰庄村劳动力转移过程中发挥的作用：一是从腰庄村转移劳动力与未转移劳动力的教育程度比较看教育的作用；二是从不同教育程度对腰庄村劳动力转移结果的影响看教育的作用；三是从腰庄村劳动力转移过程中存在的问题与教育的关系看教育的作用。在这一部分，结合具体的案例，重点剖析教育如何影响劳动力转移，包括如何影响转移劳动力所从事的行业、如何影响转移劳动力的地域分布、如何影响转移劳动力的收入状况等，同时在比较分析的基础上对腰庄村劳动力转移过程中存在的问题与教育的关系进行分析，探求目前腰庄村劳动力转移所面临的困境与教育的关系，进而从另一个侧面揭示教育在劳动力转移过程中所起的作用。 第三章：在以上分析的基础上，针对腰庄村剩余劳动力进一步转移的需求，提出为促进剩余劳动力转移的教育改革、发展的设想与建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The transformation of rural Labor force to non-agricultural fields and towns is an invalidly trend for industrialization and modernization. It has a greatly reality meaning to construct well-to-do society in our country at the beginning of the new century. It has a greatly relationship between rural labor force transformation and education. Education undertakes essential role in the process of rural labor force transformation. The dissertation selects a common village-Yao village in He-Nan province as its research object, and in it the author tries to analysis and discovers how education works in the process of rural labor force transformation. The author concentrates on the analysis in the following aspects:The first chapter on the base of the introduction of the history and development condition of rural labor force transformation in Yao village, which provides materials for the next research and analysis.The second chapter analysis on the roles of education plays in the rural labor force transformation in Yao village in three aspects: I .Comparative analysis on the education degree how works on transform and non-transform ; II .The different education degree how works on labor force transformation; III. The relation between education and the problem in labor force transformation. In this chapter, combining with some cases, the author concentrates on the analysis of education how works on the labor force transformation, including the occupation working place distribution, earnings of transform labor, and analysis relation between the problem in labor force transformation and education, seek after the relation between education and the dilemma is up against in labor force transformation in Yao village, and reveal the role of education in rural labor force transformation from another aspect.The third chapter on the base of the analysis, aim for the demand of continuous transformation in Yao village, put forward the education suggestions on the labor force transformation.更多还原
