单相在线式数字化UPS的设计研究

【摘要】 随着信息技术的发展,UPS逐渐被广泛地应用于银行、证券、军事、医疗、航空航天等众多领域。然而,在传统的UPS电源中采用模拟电路控制导致了诸如电路复杂、调试难、元件易老化、输出性能低等固有缺点。随着高性能DSP控制器的出现,UPS的全数字控制成为现实。从技术角度上来说,DSP技术的使用可以提高UPS产品输出电压的稳定性和纯净程度,同时也提高了UPS产品自身的可靠性。数字化的控制还可以提高UPS的暂态、稳态响应等众多性能,产品生产出来便于优化升级。本文顺应UPS当前发展趋势,提出一种基于DSP控制技术的单相在线式UPS设计方法。 文章首先对当前UPS的所有形式进行分析、综合,在其基础上,确定了系统的主电路拓扑结构,并提出了一套基于DSP的单相在线式UPS的设计方案。随后文中系统地分析了现行UPS的各种控制方式与控制策略。针对UPS逆变器控制,提出了一套基于伺服控制思想的UPS逆变控制算法。 在逆变控制算法的研究中,对UPS逆变系统进行了系统而完整的分析。建立了UPS正弦逆变器的数字模型,分析了UPS正弦逆变器的特点。针对UPS正弦逆变器的特点,算法中引入现代控制理论中的极点配置法来调节系统动态响应,使系统能对脉宽调制波(PWM)有更迅速的响应;与此同时,控制算法引入一积分控制器以提高系统的静态响应性能。Matlab仿真表明该控制算法在线性负载和周期性非线性负载下均能对参考正弦波的跟随获得良好的动、静态响应效果。 在逆变控制算法的基础上,本文还阐述了以DSP微处理器LF2407为主控制芯片的UPS逆变控制器的硬件组成;根据控制系统的硬件设计,确定了软件实现方案,给出了UPS逆变控制算法软件实现的所有基本思想。 最后,文章还对UPS各辅助电路,如辅助电源、UPS控制保护系统、逆变驱动电路等的设计研究情况做了全面的描述,并详细分析了各辅助电路的组成、功能与工作原理。

【Abstract】 Uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems have been widely used to protect sensitive loads, like PCs or medical equipment, in case of power failure. To guarantee a low total harmonic distortion (THD) of voltage under nonlinear and distortion loads, many control techniques or strategies have been widely introduced or researched.This paper presented a DSP technology based single-phase UPS system design based on the digital servo control schemes. In the UPS sine inverter design, the UPS inverter has been considered as a standard sine wave servo system and separates the controller as inner and outer loop. In the inner control loop, use state feedback control technique to replace the system pole for reducing the output wave form distortion caused by load current. On the other hand, use an integrator to reduce steady-state error between the system output and reference sine wave and stabilize the system output frequency in the outer control loop. The proposed solution, based on the output voltage and inverter’s output current sensing, i.e., without load current measurement, guarantees a low harmonic distortion, stable output voltage and a high steady-state and dynamic system response performance. To demonstrate the validity of this approach, the simulation based on digital computer simulation software Simulink of MATLAB has been studied and the result proved this control ideal.Based on UPS inverter control arithmetic, this paper also described the hardware structure of TMS320F2407 digital signal processor (DSP) based UPS inverter controller which we designed. In the meanwhile, the controller software programming has beenpresented.To complex system, the work mentioned above is not far more enough. So, in the later of paper, the design of the assistant circuit for the UPS system like controller power supply circuit, systems protect circuit and inverter PWM driver circuit etc. has been described in detail.At last, the paper summarizes and prospects the whole work.
