【摘要】 随着经济的发展和城市化进程的不断加快，环境污染、资源短缺、人口剧增等问题在城市地区愈加严重，成为限制人类社会可持续发展的瓶颈。住区生态环境作为构成整个城市生态环境的重要组成部分，也日益受到人们的关注。住区生态环境的好坏直接关系到人们的日常生活，同时也起着保障城市环境质量的重要作用。因此，研究、完善住区生态环境体系有着非常重要的现实意义。 本文主要内容可以概括为以下六部分： 第一部分是对课题的认识，首先阐述了住区生态环境体系研究的背景与意义，对有关概念进行了界定，其次阐述了国外住区生态环境的有关理论发展和我国住区生态环境的现状与问题，最后指出了论文的基本研究思路和研究框架。 第二部分到第四部分是构成要素分析。 第二部分从住区生态环境构成的自然环境层面入手，分析了住区声环境、绿化环境、水环境的生态优化；第三部分从住区生态环境构成的物质环境层面入手，分析了住区规划和建筑设计、道路系统、能源利用、废弃物处理的生态优化；第四部分从住区生态环境的社会环境层面入手，分析了住区的公共服务设施、物业管理服务的生态优化。 第五部分是设计优化，首先总结出住区生态环境体系的优化发展原则，然后从城市生态系统层面和管理政策层面提出了住区生态环境的优化对策，以指导实际中的应用。 第六部分是评价方法，提出了住区生态环境的发展目标，确定了相应的评价原则，最后探讨了住区生态环境的评估方法和模型，并通过具体的实例分析比较了住区生态环境的优劣。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the economic development and constant quickening of the urbanization process, the problem of environmental pollution , resource shortage , population is getting more serious in the urban areas, it becomes the bottleneck which limits sustainable development of human society. The ecological environment in residential area is a important component of the whole urban ecological environment, which is paid close attention to by people day by day. The quality of the ecological environment in the residential area concerns daily life directly, playing the important function of ensuring urban environmental quality at the same time. So, it’s very important and realistic to study the ecological environment system in the residential area.The main content of this text can be summarized as six following parts:The first part is the definition of the subject, explores the background and meaning of ecological environment and system study of living. Firstly, it studies the relevant concept, explains ecological environment in residential areas. Secondly, it studies the theory and problems of the current situation and issue of ecological environment in residential areas in our country and abroad. Finally, it points out the basic theory and research frame of this thesis.From the second part to the fourth part is the analysis of the key elements.The second part starts with the study of natural environment in the residential areas. Analyses the optimization of acoustic environment, afforest environment and water ecological environment; The third part proceeds with material environment aspect analyses the plan and design of road system, utilization of energy, ecological optimization of offal treatment; The fourth part proceed with social environment aspect of the ecological environment in the residential area, analyses the public service facilities in residential area, ecological optimization of management service of the property.The fifth part is the optimization of design, proposes optimization countermeasure of ecological environment from urban ecosystem aspect and management policy aspect, so as to guide the application in reality.The sixth part is the appraise method, proposes the development goal of ecological environment in residential area, confirms the corresponding appraisalprinciple, probes into assessment method and model of ecological environment. And at last it evaluates the relatively quality of ecological environment in different residential areas through case studies.更多还原
