二色胡枝子根系特性及其再生特性的研究

【摘要】 二色胡枝子作为一种再生能力较强的豆科牧草,具有较高的经济价值。为了为进一步开发和利用胡枝子资源,本文做了以下研究:对二色胡枝子根系生长发育的研究、刈割频度对根系及地上生物量的影响的研究及刈割和萌蘖对根系内源激素的影响的研究。采用容器法及根箱法观察根系的发育特性;用容器法进行刈割频度对根系及地上生物量的研究;采用气相色谱-质谱法对根系及留茬茎部的内源ABA、IAA进行研究,结果发现:① 胚根生长呈慢—快—慢的生长过程。根系发育过程中主根增粗不明显,侧根生长速度快且发达,着生在主根四周,集中在主根的中上部,约占总根量的70%。② 一年之中刈割三次,每六周刈割一次的二色胡枝子,可得到最大超补偿生长,并获得了最大地上生物量。③ 在再生芽萌发过程中,ABA、IAA含量都降至较低,刈割后根、茎部IAA、ABA都出现了一个高峰期,IAA含量的高峰期滞后于ABA高峰期,低浓度的IAA、ABA含量有利于再生芽的萌发生长。
【Abstract】 As a Leguminosae forage with high ratooning ability Lespedeza bicolor Turcz. have high economic value. In order to explode and use Lespedeza, the thesis is divided into three main parts: root system growth and development research of Lespedeze bicolor Turcz., effect of cutting frequency on root system and aboveground part biomass and effect of cutting and germinating on endogenous hormone of root system. Use method of container to observe developed characteristic of root system. Use method of container to study effects of cutting frequency on root system and aboveground part biomass .Use Gc/Ms-SIM to study effects IAA . ABA in root system and stem. Study shows: ?Radicle growth tend to experience three growth process: slow-quick-slow. During the course of root system growing, augment tendency of main root is inapparent, flank root distribute in the middle or upper parts of main roots. Weight of flank root 70 percent is total root weight. 〢ccording to aboveground part biomass, a cutting interval of six weeks and three-time cutting can obtain maximum aboveground part biomass and maximum occurred over-compensatory growth in a year. The research proves that certain cutting frequency will benefit sprouting and growth of Lespedeza bicolor Turcz. (3) During the germination and growth of the ratooning buds, contents of ABA. IAA decrease to lower level. In the root content of ABA. IAA occur a peak. The time for the peak of IAA’s contents appears after that of ABA’s. The research proves that low level of IAA and ABA will benefit germination and growth of the ratooning buds.
