复合胶体灭火材料及其性能实验研究和应用

【摘要】 复合材料是应现代科学技术发展涌现出的具有极大生命力的材料,它由两种或两种以上性质不同的材料,通过各种工艺手段组合而成。复合材料的各个组成材料在性能上起协同作用,形成单一材料无法比拟的优越的综合性能。我国的各类火灾很严重,人民生命财产、国家经济损失和资源浪费很大,但是现有的防灭火材料和防灭火技术存在着许多的不足和缺陷。通过有机材料与水混合实验、温度对有机材料性能影响实验、粘度实验、粒度实验、加入阻燃剂的材料和水处理过的可燃物热失重速率对比实验等一系列实验,确定了一种新型的复合胶体防灭火材料的无机和有机组分及各自所占比例。并借助复合胶体灭火材料灭火性能实验和对可燃物保护性实验,研究了材料所形成的胶体具有的灭火、防火性能及其优越性,如灭火效率提高了三分之一以上、防火抗燃效率提高了二倍以上、具有很强的消烟性能、成膜性能好、喷射时扩散角小、射程远等等。最后,通过复合胶体灭火材料防灭火技术在内蒙古自治区五虎山矿402工作面上覆火区和山东省新安矿3103-2综放面自燃预防中的成功应用,表明该材料具有很好的防灭火效果。

【Abstract】 Compound material is the material with great vitality emerging in conformity with the technical development of modern science. It is made up of two or more kinds of different character materials by various crafts and means. Each part of Composite material has synergistic function in its performance and much better combination property than single material. All kinds of fire in our country are very serious, and people’s lives and properties, national economic losses and resource wasted are all very great. But the existing materials and technologies of fire fighting and fireproofing have a lot of deficiencies and defects. The inorganic and organic component part of one new-type complex colloidal to defend and put out a fire material and their proportions have been confirmed through the mix experiments from four kinds of organic alternative materials and water, temperature influence experiments on four kinds of organic material performance, viscidity experiments, grain size experiments, contrast experiments about thermogravimetric rate of inflammable matter which had been handled by water or certain material put into fire retardant, etc. Through extinguishing fire performance experiments and protection for inflammable matters experiments of compound colloidal extinguishing fire material, the colloidal fire fighting, fireproofing performance and superiority in new materials had been researched. Fire extinction efficiency, for instance, is raised more than one-third, fire prevention and resisting fire efficiency are raised more than two times as well, and colloid has very strong smoke elimination ability and good performance to form membrane, to spread horn light, to spray long range and so on. At last, the good fire fighting and fireproofing results of this material is indicated through the successes of applying compound colloid material to cover fire district coal at Wuhushan mine 402 working face in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and <WP=4>preventing spontaneous combustion at Xin’an mine 3103-2 comprehensive faces in Shandong Province.
