气体辅助注射成型工艺参数优化及工艺控制实验研究

【摘要】 气辅注射成型(GAIM)是在传统注射成型基础上发展起来的一种塑料制品成型新工艺,国内此技术的研究起步较晚,加之GAIM对工艺参数变化非常敏感,工艺参数间的相互干扰和制约也比传统注射成型更加明显。因此迫切需要找出一种对制品设计、模具设计和工艺参数设置具有指导作用的方法,进而正确的应用CAE分析结果,寻找出最优工艺参数组合。这对GAIM技术的推广应用具有一定的积极作用。 本文利用正交试验设计法,借助模具CAE技术,对产品的结构设计、模具设计进行优化分析,找出了一种模具设计的合理结构;探讨了如何利用正交试验设计法,借助模具CAE技术,以很少的几组试验分析,找出制品成型的最佳工艺参数水平组合。主要工作包括: 设计并自制了一套管状与平板相结合的试验模具,通过几组生产试验,分析各个因素对制品成型质量的影响趋势;并通过安排一组正交试验,分析制品成型的最佳因素水平组合,用该试验结果注射一组制品获得比较满意的效果,也验证了正交试验分析方法在GAIM工艺优化方面应用的有效性。 利用试验时的工艺参数设置,用CAE模拟软件进行相应的模拟分析,并用模拟试验分析结果和试验结果作比较,取得了较好的一致,也验证了GAIM模拟技术的可靠性。同时,在模拟分析结果和试验结果的比较中,找出了模拟分析与试验结果在不同工艺条件下的差异,为正确使用GAIM模拟技术提供了一定的科学依据。
【Abstract】 The Gas-assisted Injection Molding (GAIM) is a new molding method of plastics products, which was developed on the basis of the traditional injection molding technology. The research of Gas-assisted Injection Molding in China is behind the other country. Moreover the sensitivity of GAIM theory is great, and the prominent is more than the traditional injection molding technology. So it’s require interferes and restrict among the parameters to find a way that can direct the product design, mold design and process variables setting and more to find the process variables that effect product molding and how to make the best use of the analyzing result of CAE, which has active effect on the spread of GAIM theory.This paper uses orthogonal experimental designing and molding CAE technology to optimize the product instruction design and molding design, sequentially to find the best molding design. It also discusses how to optimize the parameters of product molding by analysis several group tests result, and find the best parameters setting. The primary works include:Designing and producing a suit of molding, which is the combination of tube and slab, and using several groups of tests to analyze the trend of each factor that affects product quality. Arranging a group of orthogonal experimental, analyzing and finding out the best level of factors. The effect is satisfactory by molding several products by using the result of test. The validity of the orthogonal experimental method to GAIM technology was proved.Using the CAE simulation software analyzes the process variables setting of the test, it’s in line the availability with the test result that also proves the reliability of the simulation software. Simultaneity finds out the difference between simulation and test, which verified the simulation software.
