基于Linux集群并行应用程序监控技术的研究

【摘要】 随着高性能计算的快速发展，集群系统在科学计算中的比重也越来越大，因此对集群系统的使用也提出了更高的要求。本文在深入研究目前集群系统状况的基础上，提出了一种以／proc文件系统为基础、运用MySQL数据库和GTK+图形库技术，构建实用性、通用性和易用性均较高的并行计算监测工具的实现方法。它可以将各个节点的状态，并行程序的执行状态实时、准确、清晰的呈现给用户，并且提供了并行应用程序的接口，可以将并行程序的执行、中止、重发等功能在图形界面上给予实现。 首先，本文分析并设计了基于Linux操作系统的集群监控系统，给出监控系统实现的软件模型，并在此基础上对监控系统各个部分给出实现方法。 结合GTK+图形界面库，本文实现了监控的可视化，使用鼠标即可完成集群的管理操作；通过MySQL数据库系统，本文对监控得到的数据进行保存和管理，方便用户优化、分析并行程序。 其次，在研究MPICH并行环境的基础上，把MPE集成到本文的监控系统中，实现了并行程序的量化分析。 最后，从两个方面对本文的监控系统进行了分析、测试，并提出改进之处。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid progress of the high performence computing ,cluster system is becoming more and more important.Based on the deeply studying of current cluster system’s status,I provided a practical parallel monitor and control system(LCVM),from which you can get both nodes status and application status,by using GTK, MYSQL database system and /proc file systemAt the same time the LCVM system offered the interface to realize the program’ executing, pausing and resending.Firstly, I analysed and designed the parallel monitor and control system LCVM(Linux pc cluster Visual Monitor),from which I get the software model. The detail of how to develop a LCVM at a cluster is also given in this paper.Secondly, some technical details of parallel computing are discussed in this paper,specially in operating system Linux, parallel environment MPI and MPE. In the graphical tools MPE, the programmer can analyse and debug the parallel program. With the MPE the programmer will improve on the parallel program and get high performance efficiency.At last, the result and analysis about algorithm: parallel algorithm run on the pc cluster is given.更多还原
