“腰痛康颗粒”治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效观察

【摘要】 本文系统回顾了祖国医学对腰椎间盘突出症的认识以及诊疗方面经验，归纳、分析了腰椎间盘突出症的病因、病理及分型等现代医学理论研究进展，初步总结了临床治疗的各种方法。本文重点探讨了中药治疗腰椎间盘突出症的作用机制和有关方面的研究进展，并通过在临床上应用中成药颗粒剂“腰痛康颗粒”，观察和比较了与“腰痛宁”对照组的疗效，总有效率较后者为高，但无明显统计学差异。故认为腰痛康颗粒治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效确切，可进一步在临床上进行应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this thesis, the author systematically reviews the understandings and experiences of diagnosis and treatment on the lumber intervertebral disc prolapse (LIDP) of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), concludes and analyses the progression of the research of the modern medical theory about the LIDP, and also primarily summarizes the methods of the clinical treatment of the LIDP. Emphatically, the mechanism and progression of the research of Chinese medicine treating the LIDP was discussed. With applying the "yao tong kang granule", it shows the total efficiency is higher than "yao tong ning" by observing and comparing. So, drawing a conclusion that it is effective that "yao tong kang granule" treats LIDP. So it can be applied further on the clinic.更多还原
