【摘要】 民营企业是我国国民经济中的一个亮点，它将在很大程度上影响着我国国民经济的发展。民营企业的生存和发展环境是决定民营企业能否实现健康成长的关键。我国民营企业所处的大环境中，还存在许多阻碍民营企业发展的障碍因素，从一定意义上说，这也是阻碍我国国民经济持续健康发展的因素。我国民营企业面临着怎样的发展环境，如何为民营企业营造一个良好的环境，值得政府和民营企业家深思。 本文从我国民营企业发展概况出发，通过对我国民营企业相关概念的探讨，对民营企业发展中自身问题的分析和对民营企业所处环境的详细描述，提出了优化我国民营企业发展环境的建议和措施。 第一章对民营企业相关研究成果进行了介绍和评价。包括民营企业的定义、民营企业性质的争论等，并总结出了我国民营企业在发展过程中所存在的几个方面的问题。 第二章首先介绍了企业与环境关系的一些相关理论，并在此基础上对我国民营企业所处的环境进行了细致全面的解析，分别从经济环境、政治环境、政策法律环境和社会文化环境等方面进行分析。 第三章是对优化我国民营企业发展环境的对策思考。在第二章对我国民营企业发展环境进行分析后，针对其中存在的诸多问题，提出了一系列对策和建议。这些对策和建议，充分考虑到了我国现阶段的国情和民营企业发展的实际，具有较强的可操作性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Private enterprises have become a most important part of China’s national economy. They play an key role in economic development and social progress. The development level of private enterprises will to a high degree affect the substantial and healthy development of our national economy.However, there are many serious problems in the development environment of private enterprises. They are harmful to the growth of private enterprises. To develop private enterprises fast in China, the government should take forceful measures in many fields.This thesis is divided into three parts:The first part gives some evaluations on some research achievements of private enterprises, such as the definition of private enterprises, the characteristics of private enterprises, etc. It also revolves around some problems private enterprises face at present.The second part makes analysis on the development environment of private enterprises in China from the four points of view: economic environment, politics environment, law environment and social and cultural environment.The third part puts forward a series of suggestions and measures we should adopt to enhance the development of private enterprises, which is the goal of this thesis.更多还原
