【摘要】 目前自动化软件在电力系统的应用越来越多，功能也越来越强大，但软件系统越来越庞大，系统内部关系错综复杂，系统维护困难；对其中某一部分的修改可能影响到其他许多应用功能，而且难以扩展其他功能：当用户对系统中某一部分的功能进行扩展时，如果用第三方软件，由于接口专用，要重复建设一些软件，给用户造成资金和时间上的浪费。 随着近几年计算机技术的发展，组件技术为解决这些问题提供了方法，而且IEC 61970标准为系统标准化和组件化提供了互操作标准，设计规范允许所有系统软件使用者能够在一个标准的平台上来升级和移植他们的系统，而且不浪费以前的投资，这些标准的发布将极大地促进开放系统的构造。 为此，本文介绍了一种基于组件对象模型(COM)的SCADA数据库系统设计方案，文中首先介绍了IEC61970标准的内容及产生背景，分析了几种不同的组件模型，在此基础上，提出了一种基于COM组件技术的SCADA数据库设计及访问模式，在此模式下根据SCADA数据库不同的功用划分了不同的组件模块，利用组件连接数据库与SCADA前台应用，基于组件技术的SCADA数据库设计有以下一些特点：(1)与语言无关性，COM的特性决定了此系统上可以应用不同语言开发的应用程序；(2)系统易修改及维护，用户可以通过更新组件模块的方式修改及维护系统；(3)系统易扩展新的功能，用户可以通过开发新的组件方式将新的应用与原系统结合，而不用对原系统做很大的修改。 本文最后应用VC开发完成了部分组件的设计和开发，并对其进行了测试检验。更多还原

【Abstract】 Automation software are more and more applied in power system for the present, their function are more and more power, but the intricace relation inside the software lead to some result :it is difficult in asserting the software system,a litter modify of system may be affect the others apply, it is difficult to enlarge function , it will bring on the waste of money and time to user for iterate develop the same software.With the deveploment of computer technology in recent years, the component technology provide the method to resolve the problem,the IEC 61970 standard offers the interoperable standard for the standardization and the component modularization of the system also, the IEC 61970 standard offers a normal terrace for the user of system software to upgrade and transplantate the software system, the confer of the standard will promote the building of open system.On this basis a design scheme of the database for SCADA based on the component object model (COM) is presented, in which the content and background of IEC 61970 standard is introduced first, then some different component model are assayed , then a design scheme of the database for SCADA based on the component object model (COM) is presented, the foreground application of SCADA is connected with the database by components.The new model have some advantages:(l) system have disrelation with develop language ,the peculiarity of COM make the system fit in with different apply program developed with different language; (2) the system can be modified and upgraded easily by means of upgrading the component modules;(3) the system can be enlarged easily by means of adding the new component modules without quiet amendment in old system.The layout and develop of the component are accomplished with visual C++ at last, the component are also verified by the author.更多还原
