基于ARM处理器的B/S采集控制系统及在电力系统中的应用研究

【摘要】 嵌入式控制系统是当前工业自动控制应用领域研究的热点之一。本文基于当前的应用形势和前景,提出了一种基于ARM处理器的嵌入式B/S采集控制系统。 从ARM处理器的特点及以ARM处理器为核心CPU控制系统的基本组成工作方式及B/S系统的基本工作原理入手,论述了基于ARM处理器的嵌入式B/S采集控制系统的基本组成和结构特点。接着,从ARM处理器的工作特性出发,论述了一般ARM CPU系统、采集控制模块、以太网络控制功能模块和辅助功能模块的各部分组成结构及工作原理。提出了系统硬件系统设计的一般思想和方法。 在以一般系统硬件组成为基础,论述了深度嵌入式可配置操作系统eCos的独特的可配置性的功能特点,及在特定应用系统设计中的操作系统移植、驱动程序设计、上层应用程序设计的基本概念和方法。 最后,针对当前火力电厂化学监测应用控制系统的现状,指出了系统存在的种种弊端,分析了将基于ARM处理器的嵌入式B/S采集控制系统应用到该化学监测过程中能解决的实际问题和实现的可行性。设计了以ARM处理器为CPU核心的化学监测数据采集系统的主要硬件组成,并构建了基于该硬件基础的,以eCos为嵌入式操作系统核心的软件系统. 该基于ARM处理器的嵌入式B/S化学监测系统在实验室模拟环境中实现了预期的各种功能和效果,达到了预期的目的。
【Abstract】 The embedded control system is one of the focus that the automatically controlled application of industry is studied at present. Basede on the present application situation and prospect,the paper proposes a kind of embeddeds B/S based on ARM processor data acquisition and control system.Start from the characteristics of ARM processor and the basic operation principles of B/S control system which regards ARM processor as the key,The paper dissertates the basic composition and structural characteristics of the embedded B/S acqusitong and control system which is based on ARM processor.And then,start from the performance of ARM processor, expounds the structural forms and operation principle of the every parts of module which is general CPU systems modules,acquisition and control modules, network control modules and aided function modules.And, proposes the general thought and method of the hardware system design.Based on the general systematic hardwareses,the paper expounds the unique and configurable functions of the ecos-an operaion operating systems which is deeply embedded and configurable.and the basic conception,and the method to Transplant the ecos system and program the drivers and design th upper applicationsAt last, contraposing the current situation of plants of the fire power using the control system to monitor chemistry,the paper points out all sorts of drawbacks existing systematically, and analyses the practical problems can be solved and feasibility to applicate the embedded B/S data acquisition and control system based on ARM processor to monitor the proportion of chemical components in the water of boilers.And I designed the main hardware parts of the chemical monitoring data acquisition system based on ARM processor,and construct the software system regarding eCos as the embedded operating system core.I have realized various kinds of anticipated functions in the simulation environment of the laboratory,and have realized the anticipated purpose ,and have reached the anticipated result.
