【摘要】 随着信息和计算机技术的不断应用，情报学已经逐渐从信息组织向知识组织的方向发展，而情报学的研究要取得突破必须在知识组织的基础之上，从传统的物理层次的文献单元向认知知识单元和情报单元转换，达到语义和语用层次的计量。作为信息科学中情报学的研究热点：知识组织在智能信息系统中的应用，本文的研究重点主要放在从人工智能和知识工程的角度，论述知识建模和基于本体的领域知识模型的探讨和研究，论文全文共分为六个部分： 第一部分，分别从知识经济的发展需求和信息组织的发展趋势两个方面，论述了知识组织产生的必然趋势，同时介绍了知识组织的范畴及其研究任务。 第二部分，讨论了信息与知识的概念、特点及其层次与分类，从图书馆学、情报学和管理学的角度论述了对知识组织的三种不同理解，介绍了知识组织的一般方法和知识组织智能化及其应用。 第三部分，从人工智能和知识工程的角度详细论述了知识组织在智能信息系统中的应用，分析了领域知识的表示、推理与知识角色、任务知识的组织方法。 第四部分，知识模型及其构建，介绍了知识模型和模版，着重论述了知识规范说明、知识精化和知识模型文档的建立。 第五部分，详细介绍了本体的定义、分类及其描述语言，探讨了基于本体论的领域知识模型的表示，并运用美国斯坦福大学开发的Protege—2000作为工具，给出了领域本体构建的一个实例。 第六部分，对知识组织未来的发展趋势，尤其是在网络环境下的应用进行了简要的讨论和介绍。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of information and computer technology, informatics has changed from information organization to knowledge organization. But in order to achieve breakthrough, the research of informatics must change from the traditional physical literature unit to cognizant and information unit to get the semantic and pragmatic level metrics informetrics. As the hotspot of the informatics in the information science: knowledge organization in the appliance of intelligent information system, this paper puts the emphasis on the study of knowledge model and the domainal knowledge model based on the ontology from the view of the artificial intelligence and the knowledge engineer.The paper consists of six parts:Part 1 from the two aspects of the development requirement of the knowledge economy and the development trend of the information organization, dissertates that the appearance of the knowledge is a necessary trend. At the same time this paper introduces the category and the research task of the knowledge organization.Part 2 expatiates the information and knowledge’s conception . specialty and classify, dissertates the three different understanding of knowledge from the aspects of library science. informatics and management, introduces the common ways in the knowledge organization and it’s appliance in the intelligent information system.Part 3 particularly discusses knowledge organization in the appliance of intelligent information system, emphatically analyzes the representation of domainal knowledge^ reason and knowledge’s role. task knowledge’s organizational ways.Part 4 about the knowledge’s model and its construction, introduces the role and the stencil of the knowledge model, emphatically discusses knowledge criterion narration knowledge purify and the foundation of knowledge model’s document.Part 5 particularly introduces the definition. classify and description language of ontology, probes into the representation of the domainal knowledge model based on the ontology, and uses the Protege-2000, studied by the Stanford University, as a tools to construct a domainal ontology instance.Part 6 prospects the development trend of the future knowledge organization, especially discusses and introduces it used in the net environment.更多还原
