【摘要】 随着信息社会的来临，信息在人类社会生活中扮演着越来越重要的角色，它已成为物资、能源之后的“第三资源”，其重要性日益引起人们的注意，作为人类活动记忆的重要信息资源——档案信息资源也正得到人们的重视。为了有效地开发利用档案信息资源，世界各国都在积极地借助现代化技术和设备进行数字档案馆建设，但从总体上来讲，数字档案馆建设进展相对缓慢，还处于刚刚起步阶段，其建设核心——数字档案馆信息资源建设更是处于酝酿或探索阶段。为此，本文在借鉴他人研究成果和建设经验的基础上，从管理的角度对数字档案馆信息资源建设问题作了一个较为全面的研究。 全文分为五个部分： 第一部分“数字档案馆及其信息资源概述”，该部分通过对当前数字档案馆定义的分析，概括出了数字档案馆的特征和含义，并阐述了数字档案馆信息资源的含义以及它的构成、类型、特征等； 第二部分“数字档案馆信息资源建设的目标、原则、内容及意义”，该部分明确了数字档案馆信息资源建设的基本目标和最终目标以及建设进程中应坚持的原则和建设的具体内容、意义等； 第三部分“数字档案馆信息资源建设模式与管理流程框架模型”，该部分提炼出了数字档案馆信息资源建设的宏观模式和微观模式，并给出了数字档案馆信息资源建设的管理流程框架模型； 第四部分“数字档案馆信息资源建设的实现策略”，该部分以建设管理流程为主线，探讨了数字档案馆信息资源建设的实现策略问题：加强前期分析，做好建设规划；紧跟建设业务流程，管理好具体业务建设过程；建立绩效评估体系，加强建设绩效评估； 第五部分“数字档案馆信息资源建设案例”，该部分运用案例对数字档案馆信息资源建设实现进行实证分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the advent of the information society, information plays a more important role in our society, which has become the ’third resources’ following materials and energy sources, and people have paid more attention to it. The importance of archives information resources, which acts as the memories of human being, is recognized by more and more people. In order to exploit and utilize archives information resources effectively, some countries are taking part in the construction of Digital Archives by using modern technologies and equipments. But as a whole the construction of Digital Archives develops slowly, in other words, the information resources construction, the core of Digital Archives construction is still on the stage of preparation. Therefore, based on others’ findings and the experiences of the construction of some Digital Archives, the thesis makes a comprehensive research on the problems of information resources construction in Digital Archives from the angle of management.This thesis includes five parts:Part 1 The summarization of Digital Archives and its information resources. This part expounds the characteristics and the meaning of Digital Archives by analyzing various definitions of Digital Archives, generalizes Digital Archives information resources, and defines its composing, its sorts, its characteristics, and so on.Part 2 The aims, principles, contents, significances of the information resources construction in Digital Archives. This part defines the basic aims and ultimate aim, principles, the contents and the significances about the information resources construction in Digital Archives definitely.Part 3 The patterns and the management flow chart of the information resources construction in Digital Archives. This part abstracts the macro patterns and the micro patterns of the information resources construction in Digital Archives, and describes the management flow chart of it.Part 4 The realization strategies of the information resources construction in Digital Archives. According to the management flow chart of the information resources construction in Digital Archives, this part probes into the realization strategies of the information resources construction in Digital Archives: strengthens the prior analysis and makes the construction programming; tails after the flow of the construction and manages the process of the construction well; sets up the performance evaluation system and strengthens the performance evaluating.Part 5 A case of the information resources construction in Digital Archives, this part analyzes the construction by the demonstration.更多还原
