【摘要】 图书是一种具有特殊属性的商品，既具有经济属性，又具有文化属性，因此图书价格不仅是个经济问题，同时又是个政策性问题。图书价格政策作为出版经济政策的重要组成部分，一直备受国家和出版界人士的普遍关注。改革开放以来，虽然图书价格体制历经几次重大变革，但仍有许多不尽如人意的地方，因此，研究如何完善图书价格政策也就显得至关重要。 论文共分为四个部分。 第一部分概述图书价格的内涵、作用、影响因素及定价原则，简要阐述图书价格政策的演变轨迹及内涵、内容。 第二部分主要介绍世界主要国家的图书定价情况，并以英国、日本为例详细分析定价销售制和自由价格制各自存在的原因，总结经验，得出启示。 第三部分用数据分析目前我国图书价格的现状，剖析造成书价上涨的诸多原因及带来的不良后果。 第四部分辨证分析我国图书价格政策的合理性与不合理性，并根据我国实际情况提出了完善图书价格政策的措施及建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The book is a kind of special commodity with economic attribute and cultural attribute, therefore, the problem on book price deals with both economics and policy. As an important part of publishing economic policy, book price policy has been paid much attention to. Since the innovation and open of our country, book price system has still been dissatisfying after several transforms, which makes it crucial to research on how to perfect the book price policy.The thesis is divided into four parts.Part 1 summarizes the connotation, functions, influencing factors and price principles of book policy. Evolvements, connotation and content of book price policy are briefly discussed.Part 2 mainly introduces the present situations on book price policy in some overseas countries. The cases in Britain and Japan are analyzed in detail to give reasons on the existing of fixing price system and free price system, and to sum up some experiences and suggestions.Part 3 analyzes the present situation on book price in our country with some statistics, construing the reasons and kickbacks of book price rise.Part 4 analyzes the rational and illogical factors in present situation of book price policy in our country, and proposes some suggestions on how to perfect the policy.更多还原
