【摘要】 中美关系举世瞩目，不仅因为其重要而且因为其一波三折。在新中国建立之初，双方就经历了一场战争的考验，在生与死、血与火中铸就了双方的愤与怒、恨与仇。不过，三十年后，中美双方最终还是恢复了正常的外交关系。也许我们会问，为什么当年中美之间会发生那样的不愉快呢?这就是本文力求探寻的问题。本文共分为三部分。第一部分，具体论述了杜鲁门政府对华外交承认问题，认为美国应该对中美对抗负主要责任，同时，新中国的领导人对美国承认的态度也并不是十分积极。第二部分，笔者考察了深植于美国外交政策中的一些因素，阐述了美国的全球战略、意识形态以及承认政策的历史传统与对华承认问题的关系。最后是结语，总结了一点儿经验教训和略谈了一下对未来中美关系的展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Sino-US relation becomes the focus of world attention not only because of its importance but its ups and downs. They were disciplined by a war during the early period of the PRC. The antagonism and hostility between them came from their people’s lives and tears. Three decades later, however, they restored normal diplomatic relations in the end. Somebody maybe ask why the tragedy between them happened at that time. The answer of this question is the goal that the article is seeking. The article has three parts. The first, the author talked about the recognition policy to China of the Truman administration and thought that American should be responsible for the confrontation between two nations. At the same time, the author believed that the leaders of the new China are not very positive to American’s recognition. The second, the author analyzed some factors rooted in the tradition of American’s foreign policy and enunciated the relation between American’s recognition policy to China and American’s world strategy ,ideology and its tradition of recognition policy. The last, the author summarized a little of lesson and experiences and talked about some perspective of the Sino-US relation.更多还原
