一种新型的钢制隔震器的研究

【摘要】 我国是一个多发地震的国家,地震的研究关系到人民的生命、财产的安全。传统的抗震方法主要以“抗”为主。这种方法依靠结构的自身延性消耗地震能量,减轻地震反应,使结构物“裂而不倒”。它是通过结构的本身的非弹性状态耗能来抵御地震的冲击,因此容许建筑结构在地震中出现一定程度的损坏。随着社会的进步传统抗震方法已经不能完全满足现代人们的需要,这就使隔震方法越来越成为关注的重点。 在现有的隔震方法中,夹层橡胶隔震器是一种比较成熟的方法。但是相对其巨大的竖向承载力,橡胶是一种抗拉力不很强的蠕变材料。然而结构在地震中通常有很大的扭转力和竖向地震力,特别在强地震条件下,竖向地震往往很大。这使得隔震器不可避免地受到巨大拉力作用。我的导师李大庆针对夹层橡胶隔震装置的不足提出了一种新型的钢制隔震装置(到目前为止,还没有相类似的研究报道)。本文主要是通过试验来验证这种装置的可行性。 本文首先对隔震器历史、特点,及隔震机理进行了介绍,然后提出了一种钢制隔震器装置,并介绍了这种隔震器的结构形式、限位装置。此外,对隔震器的阻尼进行了初步的探讨。随后对这种隔震器的垂直、偏心、水平受力特性进行试验研究,了解其竖向受力大小,绘制滞回曲线,以验证其可行性。这也是本文的主要目的。本文还初步分析了无水平力时这种隔震器的稳定性,并利用周锡元的方法对这种隔震器的水平刚度及稳定性进行了理论的分析。最后从能量的角度分析了隔震器对结构的影响。在本文的展望中探讨了这种隔震器和我们普遍使用的橡胶隔震器的结合,以利找到更好的隔震形式。

【Abstract】 In China,earthquake happens freguently,and the seismic research relates to the domestic life ,property. The traditional anti- earthquake method is main to regard" anti" as principle. This kind of method depends on the ductility of the structural to consumes the earthquake energy, alleviate the earthquake respond, make the construction fracture but not collapse. It resist the seismic impact by the not flexibility appearance of the structure, therefore allowing it to appear the damage of the certain degree in earthquake. The traditional anti- earthquake method could not have satisfied the demand of modern people completely with the development of social, which make the isolated structures become the point of the concern.In current seismic-isolated method,the rubber interstorey-isolated structure is a kind of comparative mature method.But the rubber is a kind of the material whose anti-pull capability is poor.In earthquake,the construction usually has devastating vertical earthquake forces and twisted stress,specially at substantial earthquakes the vertical earthquake forces which make the struction support massive pull can not be ignored.According to the shortage of the rubber interstorey-isolated structure,my tutor,Li daqing,has put forward a new steel seismic isolator(so far,there are not related paper that have been reported).This thesis will verify the practicable of this new kind of device by experiment.First, This thesis introduces the seismic isolator history,character-ristics and isolator mechanism,then puts forward a new steel seismic isolator whose structure and restrict displacement equipment have been presented. Second,the damper of isolator has been analyzed.Third.the new steel seismic isolator model have been experimented to analyze the horizontal, vertical stressed characteristics of this new structure,to understand how many vertical forces the new structure can support,to draw the horizontal forces-displacement picture.Ilt is the practicable of this new kind of device that the thesis aimed at. This thesis has also studied the stability of the new isolator with no horizontal,analyzed the horizontal stiffness and stability of the new isolator by the Zhou xiyuan’s method.At last,the isolator mechanism has been studied from the prospect of enery.And the combination of the new isolator and the rubber interstorey-isolator has been studied to find out the better isolator.
