工业炉碳势测控系统的研究

【摘要】 渗碳是热处理行业里面一道非常重要的工艺,渗碳工艺过程的执行,直接关系到热处理产品的质量。本论文在总结多年热处理行业生产经验的基础上,以国产氧传感器为检测基础,吸取国内外碳势测控仪表的精华,开发以双MCU(AT89C55)为核心的低成本、控制精度高的碳势测控仪,实现对渗碳过程的控制。 本系统采用双MCU以解决单MCU资源不够的问题,实现测控与显示的分离;采用共用数据存储器的方法来代替双MCU之间的串行通讯,成功解决了数据存储时的干扰问题;采用V/F变换模块代替信号滤波、前置放大及A/D转换,实现了两路输入信号的隔离,降低了成本;采用液晶汉字显示作为人机交互界面,大大减轻了操作人员对复杂的数码管显示窗口的记忆;提供5路继电器输出和1路4~20mA信号输出,满足现场复杂的工艺控制需要;提供1路4~20mA信号输出和485通讯接口,实现系统与无纸记录仪、PC机的数据交换。 通过在武汉钢铁集团公司、十堰东风汽车公司的现场应用,对仪表做了不断改进,使仪表达到了预期的设计效果,控制精度及系统的稳定性、可靠性均达到了设计指标,受到用户的好评,在热处理界树立了良好形象。
【Abstract】 Cementite is a very important technics in heat treatment. The processing of cementite relates directly to the quality of products in heat treatment. In the paper, based on the experience of many years and the native Oxygen sensor, and extracting the distillate of foreign Carbon Potential measurer and controller, we develop a Carbon Potential measurer and controller with low cost and high accuracy, more important, which using double MCU (AT89C55) to control the processing of cementite.The system uses double MCU to solve the problem of resource bottleneck in single MCU, realizing the separate of display and measure; uses sharing data memory instead of serial communication between double MCU, successfully solving the problem of disturb in data memory; uses V/F transform module instead of signal filtering, forward amplifier and A/D transformer to realize the separate of two input signal, lowing the cost; use LCD with Chinese language as the interface of machine and man, inducing greatly the memory of complex LED display; provide five channels of relay output and one channel of 4-20MA signal output, satisfying the complex locale control; provide one channel 4-20MA signal output and 485 communication interface to realize the data exchanging with no paper recorder and PC .By the locale application in Wuhan Iron and Steel (Group) Corp. and Dongfeng Mobile Ltd., we improve continuously the performance of the instrument. Finally we reach the expecting goals: the accuracy and stability of the instrument both reaching the design guide. Furthermore, we get the good estimate by customer and establish good fame in heat treatment industry.
