LonWorks现场总线过程控制与远程监视系统

【摘要】 现场总线技术是当前自动化领域的应用热点之一,而LonWorks现场总线以其协议的完整性、网络拓扑结构的多样性以及强大的网络通信能力,成为现场总线技术中的佼佼者。随着企业信息化、家庭智能化进程的不断发展以及Internet技术的使用和迅速发展,将控制系统与管理信息系统紧密结合,研制、开发控制网络与信息网络集成技术成为企业综合自动化系统发展的必然结果。 论文介绍了一个LonWorks现场总线过程控制与远程监视系统,它采用Internet网——企业网——现场总线的三级模式。 论文开发的系统由现场控制级、上位监控级和远程监视级三部分构成。它包括LON通用智能节点、上位组态控制和监视平台以及远程监视平台。现场控制级和上位监控级采用两层全分布式体系结构,远程监视级则采用了C/S和B/S模式的混合架构,充分发挥各自的优点。 论文首先详细说明了LonWorks现场总线控制网络的硬件设计和软件开发过程,介绍了LON通用智能节点的硬件设计和应用程序开发,LonWorks监控组态平台软件的开发,网络通讯协议的设计与实现等。 其次,在比较C/S和B/S模式的优缺点基础上,分析了采用C/S和B/S混合架构实现远程监视的优势,开发了由C/S局域网数据传送和B/S远程数据发布两部分组成的远程监视软件,并分别阐述了这两部分的主要实现技术:Winsock通信、Web数据库技术、ASP等。 目前这套系统已成功应用于过程控制系统实验室,实现对压力、流量、液位三套实验装置的实时控制和监视,取得了较好的效果。论文以一个多节点联动控制的实例证明,本系统具有结构灵活、控制分散、组态界面友好、操作简单、性能可靠等优点,具有一定的实用价值。
【Abstract】 The fieldbus is now the hotspot of application in automation field. And the LonWorks, with its complete protocols, diversity of net topology structure and strong ability in network communication, excels in the fieldbus field. With the development of information in enterprises and intelligence in families, and with the use and rapid development of Internet technology, it’s inevitable to develop control network and information network integrated technology by combining the control system with MIS tightly.This thesis introduces a process control system based on LonWorks fieldbus with remote monitoring ability. The system adopts three-level mode which comprises Internet, Intranet and Infranet.In this thesis, the system consists of three parts, the field control rank, the upper control and supervising rank, and the remote monitoring rank. It includes the LON general intelligent node, the upper control and supervising configuration platform, and the remote monitoring platform. The field control rank and the upper control and supervising rank adopt two-layer complete distributed structure. In addition, the remote monitoring rank takes mixture structure of C/S and B/S to develop their own advantages.Firstly, the thesis recounts the process of hardware designing and software development based on the LonWorks fieldbus control network. It introduces hardware designing and software programming of LON general intelligent nodes, the software developing of the VCSC, and the designing and realization of net communication protocol.Secondly, based on comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the C/S mode with that of the B/S mode, the thesis adopted the mixture structure of C/S and B/S to realize remote monitoring. It consists of two parts, LAN data transmission with C/S mode and remote data transmission with B/S mode. Then the thesis introduces main technologies of the two parts, such as Winsock, Web database, ASP, ActiveX, and so on.At present this system has been successfully applied to the process control system laboratory. Its use in real-timely control and monitoring the experiment equipments such as the pressure, the flux and the liquid locationshows good effect. In this thesis, an example of multi-node linkage control is presented to demonstrate the advantages of this system such as flexible structure, distributed control, friendly configuration interface, easy operation, reliability, and so on. It proves to be of practical value.
