供应链管理中供应商的综合评价与选择

【摘要】 供应链管理(Supply Chain Management，SCM)已经发展成为一种多重业务和关系的网络，而供应链管理环境下供应商的综合评价选择研究更是成为影响供应链成功与否的关键因素，为了增强企业的竞争优势，为了能更加深入地了解有关供应商评价选择的先进理论与方法，构建供应商综合评价选择体系，科学合理的对供应商进行综合评价选择，本文首先简要地介绍了供应链理论中有关的概念、模式与相应模型，并重点分析了供应商评价选择的重要作用与现实意义。通过分析供应商选择的要求与标准，以及国内外现有的相应研究成果，构建了供应商综合评价选择的指标体系，并简要地给出了其中一些指标的量化处理方法。而且通过对比现有的供应商评价方法，分析采用层次分析法(AHP)的理由，提出了应利用层次分析法构建最优供应商综合评价选择模型，并根据供应商评价选择的需要对该模型进行了相应的修正与改进(采用1-1.5~6标度选择方法，利用DEA结合专家调查法确立判断矩阵，构建评价指标的非线性无量纲模糊处理模型)，并分析了供应商综合评价选择的具体步骤及应用。通过对上汽五菱汽车有限公司案例的实证分析，阐述了本文所提出的供应商综合评价选择模型在企业中的具体实施与运用，验证了本文提出的供应商综合评价选择方法的有效性和可行性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The method of supplier synthetically evaluation and selection has been a key factor to decide whether the supply chain would be successful or not, especially when Supply Chain Management (SCM) has been developing into a multiple tasks and relationships network. To strengthen the competition of enterprises, comprehend the advanced theories and methods, build and upgrade scientific system of supplier comprehensive evaluation and selection, this article presents the correlative concept and model of SCM theory, and analyses the function and significance of supplier selection. Then constructs the index system of suppliers evaluation according to the detailed evaluate requests and standards of suppliers, while giving out some methods to quantify those evaluation indexes. The paper also amends the traditional Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) in the structure of measure matrix, the choice of graduations and the illegible dispose of index dimensionless. It uses the amended AHP to evaluate and select suppliers comprehensively, and elaborates the concrete process and factual application. At last, with deeply analyzing and studying the instance of SAIC Wuling Automobile Co. Ltd, proves the beneficence and feasibility of the model of supplier synthetically evaluation and selection.更多还原
