导辊温度场分析及导卫装置冷却系统的研究与设计

【摘要】 在钢铁行业中,滚动导卫装置为轧制生产线上一关键装置。但由于装置工作在900~1100℃,而冷却状况又十分差,造成导卫装置使用寿命平均只有6小时。在此背景下,本文展开了如下研究: 1.分析了导卫装置失效形式,确定了导卫装置失效形式主要为导辊磨损、导辊热疲劳裂纹和轴承转动失灵,得出了导卫装置轴承失效的主要原因之一导卫系统的冷却不够。 2.推导了导辊热学计算方程,并首次借助ANSYS有限元分析软件分析了导辊无冷却措施、冷却不充分及冷却充分三种状态下的温度场,为冷却系统的设计和轴承工作温度的确定提供了依据。 3.推导了导辊力学计算方程,并首次借助ANSYS计算了轧件对导辊径向作用力,为计算轴承使用寿命提供了必要的前提条件。 4.计算了目前所用导卫装置及新设计的导卫装置二者中的轴承的使用寿命。计算出来的目前所用导卫装置中轴承的使用寿命与工厂所用的导卫装置中轴承使用寿命相吻合,证实了本文热学分析和力学分析的合理性;计算出来的新设计导卫装置中轴承的使用寿命能达到期望值,论证了课题方案的可行性。 5.设计了能对导辊端面和轴承进行水冷的导卫装置新型冷却系统及导卫装置其它零部件。 最后,在钢铁厂对新设计的导卫装置进行了现场实验,结果表明:新导卫装置使用寿命大幅度提高,提高幅度达到了2.5倍以上,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益;同时为轧制生产中导卫装置设计提供了一种新方法。

【Abstract】 In the Iron and Steel industry, roll guide equipment is a part in rolling product line. But the average service life of guide equipment is only six hours because of working at 900-1100℃ and severe cooling condition. In this background, the following research was engaged in:Firstly, the form and reason of guide equipment’s failure was analyzed. The failure form takes on guide roller wear, guide roller crack and bearing invalidation. The reason of guide equipment’s gearing failure lie in the insufficient cooling of the guide roller.Secondly, the roller thermal equation was introduced, and by dint of ANSYS the roller thermal field in no cooling, insufficient cooling and sufficient conditions was analyzed, which premises the heat-sink design and bearing working temperature.Thirdly, the roller mechanics equation was introduced, and by dint of ANSYS the radial force that roll steel force in roller was work out, which provides the premises to count the bearing service life.Fourthly, the service life of the using guide equipment and that of the designed one were count. The calculative life of the using tallies with the fact, and this proves the rationality of the thermal and mechanics analysis; the service life of the designed can reach the expectation, and this demonstrates the feasibility of the project.Fifthly, the cooling system of the equipment which can cool the both roller ends and the bearing was designed, and the other parts of the equipment are also designed.Finally, the locale experiment of new equipment was done, and the result shows that the performance of the new guiding equipment is excellent, and the equipment’s service life is 2.5 times longer than that of the present using equipments. So the study offer a new design method of guiding equipments and the study will bring great economic and sociality achievement.
