【摘要】 过程管理是近年来经过对传统的基于劳动分工理论的企业构架进行重新思考之后，充分吸收了业务过程再造(BPR)、全面质量管理(TQM)、基准定位、改善管理(KAIZEN)和敏捷制造等各种管理思想和理论的精华而提出的一种新的基于过程的企业构架模式，是一种易为企业接受的、风险较小的不断改进和完善企业管理和业务过程的定性和定量的方法手段。 本文结合国家自然科学基金资助项目(No．70071029)—“过程管理的理论与方法及其实施应用研究”和浙江省科技计划重点资助项目(No．011106241)—“动态过程管理应用实施研究”，从业务过程管理的理论方法及其实施应用的角度出发，对业务过程管理集成系统中的业务过程诊断的方法、体系及支撑软件系统原型进行了分析讨论，以丰富发展业务过程管理理论、方法，支持业务过程管理的实施应用。主要研究内容如下： 第一章首先分析了过程管理产生的背景，讨论了过程管理的概念、理论方法及过程管理集成系统。分析了过程管理中的过程诊断技术及其在过程管理中的重要性和必要性；对过程诊断的研究现状进行了分析评述，提出了论文的研究意义、目的及主要研究内容。 第二章首先分析了过程诊断方法的性能要求，然后在此基础上分析了过程诊断方法集，提出了过程诊断方法的评价体系，并以这一体系为基础，对常用的诊断方法进行了分析比较。最后对业务过程诊断的流程进行了深入的分析，建立了业务过程诊断体系。 第三章详细设计了“基于关联图和层次分析法(AHP)的业务过程诊断方法”，并依据诊断方法评价体系对其进行了评价分析。 第四章详细分析了过程FMEA，并研究了如何在过程管理中用FMEA进行业务过程诊断。 第五章从业务过程管理系统集成、实施应用以及客户需求的角度出发对业务过程诊断软件子系统进行了详细的分析设计，开发了过程管理集成支撑软件系统中的过程诊断子系统软件原型，并结合华立尼斯科公司订单处理过程进行了具体的实例研究。 第六章对全文进行了全面总结，并且对面向过程管理集成系统的业务过程诊断体系和需要进一步作的工作进行了展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 Process Management (PM), based on the traditional labor dividing theory, is a fresh enterprise constructing mode absorbed the core ideas of Business Process Management (BPR), Total Quality Management (TQM), Benchmarking, KAIZEN Management and Lean Production etc.. It is a continuous improvement technique for enterprise management with lower risk.The thesis, Combined with the project supported by National Nature Science Foundation of China (NO. 70071029) - Research on the theory and application of Process Management and the project supported by Science Plan of Zhejiang Province (No.011106241) - Research on the implementation of dynamic process management, researches the business process diagnosing methods, business process diagnosing system and original support software system in order to impel the implementation of process management.Chapter one discusses the background, the concept, the theory of process management, and integrated process management software system. Then the chapter will analyze the process diagnosing technology, the importance and necessities of process diagnosing in process management. Further the chapter will study the current situation of process diagnosing research. And last, the chapter puts forward the research meaning, the purpose and main research content of the thesis.In chapter two, the paper will analyze the requirements to diagnosing methods and, proposethe measurement system for diagnosing methods. Next the chapter will analyze some important diagnosing methods according to the measurement system. Then the chapter will set up the business process diagnosing system based on the deep research on the procedure of business process diagnosing.Chapter three is focused on the detail design of the diagnosing method based on the Association Chart and AHP (the Analytic Hierarchy Process), then measures it in terms of the diagnosing method measurement system.Chapter four studies process FMEA and gives a detail view of how to diagnose business process with FMEA in Business Process Management System.Chapter five analyzes and designs the business process diagnosing subsystem in the perspective of system integration and implementation, and the customers’ requirements. Furthermore the chapter will develop the original software of business process diagnosing subsystem.Chapter six summarizes and reviews the work of the thesis and takes a review of the future works to improve and perfect the theory, methods and system integration.更多还原
