E制造中的设备远程监控研究

【摘要】 随着信息技术和网络技术的不断深入应用和发展,世界经济进入了知识经济和网络经济的时代,信息成为制造业中的最活跃的主导性因素。如何方便、快捷地把供应商、用户和制造企业的信息融合在一起就变得至关重要。因此,E制造(电子化制造)模式应运而生。 E制造作为一种面向整个供应链、充分实现供应商、客户和制造企业之间的无缝集成的全新制造模式,其研究内容不但丰富而且复杂。功能强大的制造层自动化系统是成功开展E制造的基础。本文的研究就是针对基于E制造的制造层自动化系统而展开的。 通过对目前制造层自动化系统的研究现状的分析,可以认为,制造层自动化系统的一个重要方向是制造设备监控的远程化,高实时性、可靠性、通用性的设备远程监控系统是建立功能强大的制造层自动化系统的关键技术之一,同时也是上层应用系统(ERP、PDM、CRM、SCM等)的数据源泉。论文主要以E制造为背景,然后瞄准制造层自动化这条线,最后集中精力在设备远程监控点上进行突破。根据这一思路,本文主要包括以下内容: 第一章介绍本文研究的领域及背景:对E制造的背景、体系结构、关键技术和远程监控的背景、发展历史、研究现状及缺陷进行了详细介绍,讨论了它们的重要性;并对本文研究的意义、主要研究内容以及全文的概貌和组织结构作了简要论述。 第二章对远程监控技术进行了详细的研究。首先对远程监控进行整体性的描述,然后,对远程监控模型进行了分类和比较。接着,给出了多级混合模式的远程监控模型(简称:MLMM-RMC模型),并对其理论和体系结构进行了深入研究。 第三章对实现MLMM-RMCS的关键技术进行了详细的研究。首先探讨了串口通信的常见标准、原理及串口通信的实现。随后,讨论了SMS的基本原理及其新模式,并详细讨论了SMS的开发情况。最后对MLMM-RMCS中的其它关键技术进行了概要说明。 第四章对E制造中的RMC通信协议进行了详细研究。首先对RMC通信协议中的CRC校验及其算法和实现进行整体性的介绍。接着,对RMC通信协议及RMC通信协议中的特别规定进行了详细说明。最后,给出了面向数控设备的RMC通信协议的详细通信协议及其实现实例。 在前三章的论述的基础上,第五章介绍了笔者开发的基于MLMM-RMC模型的E制造中的MLMM-RMCS监控系统原型。首先详细论述了E制造中的MLMM-RMCS的体系结构及功能设计。然后对E制造中的MLMM-RMCS进行了详细设计及实现。最后给出一个系统的运行实例,并对其实际应用加以介绍。 本文第六章对全文的工作进行了总结,并对进一步的工作进行了展望。
【Abstract】 With the development and farther application of information technology and network technology, the world wide economy comes into the era of knowledge economy and network economy. And information becomes the most important factors in e-manufacturing. Then how to integrate the information among provider customer and manufacturing corporation becomes very important. As a result, e-manufacturing mode comes true.The e-manufacturing is a new manufacturing mode facing on the whole supply chain. Which realizes the integration directly among provider customer and manufacturing corporation. And the content of e-manufacturing is not only very abundance but also complexity. A manufacturing automation with powerful function is the base of correct carrying out e-manufacturing. This paper begins with the manufacturing automation system in e-manufacturing.According to the present research condition of manufacturing automation system, the author thinks that the powerful manufacturing automation system is built on the RMC system. A RMC system with High real time^ high credibility and high currency is not only the core of the powerful manufacturing automation system, but also the headspring of the upper application system(Such as CRM and SCM and so on). This paper begins with the broad field of e-manufacturing, then comes to the line of manufacturing automation correctly, at last breaks through from the point of RMC with all energy. According to this, the paper include below contents:In the first chapter, the background and application domain of this paper are worked over in detail. Not only the background, the architecture and the key technology of e-manufacturing, but also the background, the history , the research actuality and the demerit of RMC. And the essentiality of them is discussed. At last, the significance of the research, the major research content and outline of this paper are dissertated briefly.The second chapter works over the theory and architecture of RMC in detail. Firstly, the RMC technology in the whole is described. Secondly, the classifying and compare of RMC are discussed carefully. Thirdly, a new RMC mode called MLMM-RMC is given out, and the architecture and theory of MLMM-RMC mode are investigated at the same time in detail.The third chapter studies the pivotal technology in MLMM-RMCS carefully. Firstly, the standard, the theory and the realizing of serial communication are discussed. Then, the theory and new mode of SMS are worked over carefully, and the development of SMS is investigated particularly. At last the other key technology in MLMM-RMCS is given out briefly.The fourth chapter investigates the communication protocol in RMC in e-manufacturing. Firstly,the arithmetic and realizing of CRC is discussed. Then, the communication protocol in RMC isdescribed in detail, and some special prescribing is given out at the same time. At last, the parametersand instance of communication protocol in RMC based on the NC devices are worked over briefly.According to the treatises of the former three chapters, the fifth chapter introduces theMLMM-RMCS in e-manufacturing based on the MLMM-RMC mode, which is developed by the author. Not only the architecture of this system, but also its functional design. Then the particular design and realizing of each module are presented. At last, a system instance is presented and applications of this system are describedIn the sixth chapter, the total research works of this dissertation are summarized, and further researches are prospected.
