面向机械制造的虚拟仪器检测系统的研究和开发

【摘要】 虚拟仪器(VI)是计算机与仪器仪表相结合的产物,是对传统仪器概念的重大突破,必将成为测试仪器的主流。传统的机械测试技术也正日益向着速度化、自动化、智能化、集成化等方向发展。结合虚拟仪器技术和LabVIEW语言开发了面向机械制造的虚拟仪器检测系统。 文章首先对当前机械测试的状况进行了分析,指出了虚拟仪器出现的可行性。然后介绍了虚拟仪器的概念、软硬件体系结构、性能特点和应用。分析比较目前最主要的三种虚拟仪器构建方案的特点,提出一套基于多功能数据采集卡和图形化编程语言LabVIEW的虚拟仪器构建方案。系统的工作原理为:通过多功能数据采集卡采集来自各种传感器所采集的物理世界的模拟、数字信号,对信号进行适当的处理后,通过PCI系统总线传递给计算机,由系统的软件部分对采集信号进行数据处理。在后续章节中,对该检测系统进行了详细的介绍,包括硬件体系结构的设计,主要讨论硬件部分的组成,以及对外界物理信号的采集实现等;然后介绍了软件部分即图形化编程语言LabVIEW。最后,从硬件构成和软件功能上对系统功能进行详细介绍。 文章还详细阐述了具体的数据处理过程,并通过实验和仿真进行了分析比较。最后得出结论本系统是可行的,并对今后的虚拟仪器前景进行了展望。

【Abstract】 As a result of the combination of computer technology and instrument technology, Virtual Instrumentation technology has broken through old concept of instrument and will become artery of test system. Traditional mechanical testing technology is stepping into rapidity, automatization, intelligentization and integration. This thesis designs an inspect and test system based on Virtual Instrument and the programming language-Lab VIEW for mechanical manufacture.Firstly, the thesis examines the characteristics and problems of the present mechanical testing system, points out the feasibility of Virtual Instrument, and explains the concept of VI, its hardware and software structure, its characters and applications. It also compares the different features of the 3 most popular projects, and develops a system based on the multi-function data acquisition card and the graphic programming language-Lab VIEW. The principle of this system is: Use DAQ card to acquire physical analog and digital data coming from couples of sensors, appropriately process the data, then transmit it to computer by PCIBUS, the data is dealt with by the software of system. In the following chapters, the inspecting and testing system is illustrated at length, including the design of hardware structure, mainly the makeup of hardware part and the realization of acquiring outer physical signal. And the graphic programming language-Lab VIEW is introduced. In addition, the functions of Virtual Instrument system are listed in detail on hardware structure and software function.The thesis also explains the actual data-processing process, analyses and compares the data acquired by some experiments and simulations finished by the system, thus test its performance. Finally, the conclusion can be safely drawn that the system is proved to be successful, while the prospect of virtual analysis instrument is provided at the same time.
