大规模定制下产品设计及数据管理若干问题的研究

【摘要】 随着全球市场竞争的加剧,满足客户化个性化多品种小批量定制显得越来越重要,大规模定制技术是解决大规模生产和个性化需求之间矛盾的有效方法,与之相应的产品设计方法也发生了变革,其核心是基于模块化和组合化原理的个性化设计方法和技术,以产品族模型为对象进行快速开发。同时经济的全球化使得企业成为全球资源环境中的一个结点,对企业协作设计能力提出了更高的要求,相应的产品数据管理系统体系和构架也有着重大的变化。开发WEB环境下以产品族为管理对象的PDM系统,通过产品模块配置和模块更新来实现产品快速开发是当前产品设计管理的热点。 基于以上的背景,本论文主要研究了大规模定制环境下产品设计、产品配置的实现及基于WEB技术的产品数据管理。主要分以下四个部分: 第一部分从设计的业务过程、产品族模型框架、设计系统框架三个方面对大规模定制模式下的产品设计理论进行了研究,提出了一个面向大规模定制的产品设计系统的框架。最后对建模相关的模块化技术、标准化和规范化技术进行讨论。 第二部分阐述了产品配置的基本概念,研究并提出了一种产品配置过程模式,然后总结了产品配置的方式,结合产品编码提出了一种基于规则的产品配置方式,对产品族结构模型建立、配置方法的实现进行了研究。 第三部分主要研究了在Internet环境下,如何基于WEB技术实现产品数据管理来,提出一个基于Web的PDM的系统框架,对该框架各层功能和实现进行了阐述;讨论了基于Web的网络环境;对基于Web的PDM的基本功能和优缺点进行了的讨论。 第四部分结合新多门业PDM项目和凯凌制动器集团协同设计平台项目,探讨大规模定制环境下,基于WEB的产品数据管理系统的构建,产品族结构模型建立和产品配置的实现。

【Abstract】 Along with the increasingly sharp of market competition, Customer-oriented Production becomes more and more importance. Mass Customization is an effective method to solve the contradictory between personalized customer requirement and Mass Production. Accordingly the design technology is being changed. The core is the method and technology of personalized product design that is based on the theory of combination and modularization. A quick way of product development based on product family is adopted. On the other hand, enterprises become a node in chain of economic resources in the economic globalization environment. It requires enterprises have more abilities of cooperation design, thereby changing the frame of product data management. It become the hot topics of research that the web-based PDM for product family and the quick product development by product module configuration and product module modification.Based on the facts mentioned above, the paper studies the Design for Mass Customization (DFMC), the realization of product configuration and the Web-based PDM in Mass Customization environment. The paper consists of four main parts:1 Firstly the theory of DFMC is studied from the workflow for DFMC process, the frame of product family and the frame of product design system. The paper puts forward a frame of product design system for DFMC. At last, the basic theories for DFMC are analyzed including modularity design and standardization design.2 The basic theory of product configuration is discussed. A process of product configuration is presented. The methods of product configuration are summed. Furthermore the paper puts forward a rule-based method of product configuration that is correlative with product code. Based on this method, the structure of product family and the realization process are studied.3 In the Internet environment, how to build the web-based PDM is discussed. A new web-based product data management architecture is presented. The functions and the realization method of layers of the architecture are introduced. Finally, the functions ofthe web-based PDM are analyzed, then the paper summarizes the advantage and shortcoming of the web-based PDM4 In Simto Group PDM system and Kailing Group Collaborative platform project, the realization methods of the web-based PDM, product family and product configuration are showed.
