基于CAN总线的剑杆织机监控网络系统的研究与开发

【摘要】 纺织工业是我国国民经济的支柱产业之一。目前,国内主要纺织产品的产量和生产能力均居世界首位,已经成为世界上最大的纺织品生产国。但长期以来,我国的纺织生产存在设备陈旧、管理落后和生产效率低下等缺点,极大地限制了纺织业的进一步发展。因此,努力提高国内纺织企业的生产管理水平,实现纺织企业生产管理自动化、信息化具有十分重要的意义。 本文作者根据目前中小型纺织厂的现状,利用网络技术、现场总线技术及并行通信技术,对现有的纺织企业进行改造,设计出基于CAN总线的剑杆织机监控网络系统。利用该系统可以对全部织机的运行状态进行实时监控,也可以实现单独监控及织机的远程启动、停止等,并对织机的历史状态进行全面的记录,为工厂管理带来极大方便。主要工作包括一下几个方面: 1.分析了现场总线技术的发展趋势,现场总线技术同以往控制技术比较的优点,已经取得的成果,以及DSP在现代控制系统中的地位、应用,DSP同现场总线之间的联系等。 2.对国内纺织行业的生产管理的现状进行了调查,在分析了大量的生产实际后,提出用基于CAN现场总线的网络来构筑纺织厂的生产管理自动化控制系统,并给出了整个控制系统的模块组成图。 3.应用Microsoft Visual Basic可视化开发工具编制了运行于上位机的系统控制软件,以实现对一个纺织厂的剑杆织机网络中的所有下位机子站进行实时监控和管理。系统控制软件包括总控模块、通讯模块、监控模块、数据库模块和生产管理模块等模块。 4.设计了下位机子站与上位机的通讯协议以及计算机与CAN总线网络的并行接口通讯。 5.在纺织企业局域网内,构筑了一个C/S、B/S相结合的网络信息管理系统,方便企业对生产进行管理,降低成本,提高生产率。 6.对下位机子站控制系统和运行于上位机的系统控制软件进行了多方面的测试,并分析测试结果,提出了改进的方向。
【Abstract】 The textile industry is one of the fundamental industries in China. Today China has become the world’s largest producer of soft goods with its enormous quantity and productivity. But the old facilities, out-time management and inefficiency in this field have limited its advancement with the more and more competition in the world’s textile market. Thus it is vital important to promote the capability to produce and apply the high-tech textile machine in China.This paper mainly use the net technology, the CAN Field Bus technology, the parallel communication technology and the VB language to reconstruct the common weave enterprise. We have designed the network supervise system which based on the DSP and CAN Field Bus. With the system, you can Real-time supervise the running state of all the spin machines, and you can choose to all-mode or single-mode supervise, give the spin machine run or stop command. All the pertinent data will be write down by the system. The management of the enterprise will become so easy. This paper mainly includes as follows:1. Analyze the development trend of the Field Bus technology, the advantage of the Field Bus compared with the other technology. Also discussing the status of DSP in the modern industry and the relationship of DSP and the Field Bus.2. After an investigation of the current condition of the producing management of China’s textile industry and analysis of a lot of practices, the author provide a FieldBus Net based on the CAN to establish an automatic control system for the producing management of the weaving factory, and also provide a structure chart of the model of the whole control system.3. To realize the real time supervision and management of all sub-machines, there is a series of system control software written with the Microsoft Visual Basic tool to run in the principal machine. The control system including the general control module, communication module, supervision module, data module and producing management module etc.4. There is one communication agreements designed here, which including the data exchanges protocol between the principal machine and the sub-machine. There is parallel-communication between CAN and computer.5. To form a typical C/S and B/S system on the Intranet of the company in order to make benefit for company management, reduce the cost of production and improve the productivity.6. The author did a number of tests of the control system and the software run by the principal machine in many ways, analyzed the results of the tests, and gave the direction for improvement.
