【摘要】 在激烈的市场竞争中，企业的生产经营思路已由“以产定销”转为“以销定产”，以市场和用户的需求为导向安排生产，特别是客户需求的个性化与多样化，使得按订单生产成为制造企业产品生产的重要方式之一。根据客户的订单需求，实现生产计划的快速响应是实现企业面向订单生产的重要内容。本文在分析了生产计划相关理论与技术方法的基础上，建立了生产计划知识库，提出了基于知识的柔性生产计划生成算法，并对面向订单变更的生产计划动态一致性问题进行了研究。本文的研究成果在企业中得到了应用。 第一章介绍了课题的研究背景与意义，阐述了生产计划的研究现状，分析了面向订单生产时生产计划所需的要求，提出了面向订单的柔性生产计划处理方法，最后给出了本文的主要研究内容与总体框架。 第二章引入了生产计划知识的概念，给出生产计划知识的定义、内容以及表示方法：建立了生产计划知识库，给出了生产计划知识的组织方法并阐述了生产计划知识库的系统结构以及生产计划的推理应用。 第三章针对按订单生产的环境，提出基于知识的柔性生产计划应用系统总体框架，阐述了主生产计划、物料需求计划及车间作业计划的任务过程，并研究在生产计划知识辅助下主生产计划(MPS)、物料需求计划(MRP)及车间作业计划(SFC)等各类生产计划的生成算法。 第四章分析了传统的订单变更后生产计划变更处理方法，根据订单变更的特点与形式，建立生产计划变更处理模型，面向订单生产研究了三种订单变更后各类生产计划变更的处理算法，实现面向订单的柔性生产计划动态一致性，使订单变更后各类生产计划确保一致性。 第五章在理论研究的基础上，从企业信息化的实际需要出发，结合项目开发了面向订单的柔性生产计划系统，重点介绍了订单生产计划、车间作业计划等子模块功能，并给出了系统的应用实例。 最后，对本文的研究工作进行了总结，并对今后的研究工作进行了展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 In violent market competition, the enterprise management turned "sale by production" to "production by sale". Especially individuation and diversification of customers requirements have made Made To Order(MTO) one of important means for production in manufacturing industry. According to customer order requirement, it is an important program in MTO how production planning(PP) is realized for quick response. Based on the analysis of the relative theory and technologies of PP, this dissertation presents production planning knowledge(PPK) and establishment of PPK base, and then presents the flexible PP realization based on PPK in MTO, and further, discusses dynamic coherence of PP on the order variation,. The dissertation research was applied in cooperative company.In the first chapter, the background, significance and the current research status of PP are firstly introduced, and then key research contents and architecture of this dissertation are briefly described.In the second chapter, by analysis of relative experiences on PP, PPK is introduced, it present definition, content and presentation of PPK. And then PPK base is created, organization of PPK, architecture of PPK base and reasoning applications of PP are elucidated.In the third chapter, the whole application frame of PPK-oriented flexible PP in MTO is put forward, the task process of main production schedule(MPS), material requirement planning(MRP) and shop floor planning(SFP) are presented. By application of PPK, MPS, MRP and SFP creation algorithms are expounded. So it makes production planning more flexibility.In the forth chapter, the conventional PP treatment methods of order variation is analyzed, then PP variation model on order variation is presented according to order variation characteristics and types, three PP variation treatment algorithms for order variation are elucidated pertinently. And dynamic coherence of order-oriented flexible production planning is realized.In the fifth chapter, according to theory research and informationizing requirement of enterprises, a flexible PP management application system for order-oriented is developed and these applications instances of order-oriented PP modules and shop floor planning modules are mainly presented with the developed project in the dissertation.In the end, this dissertation summarizes the research work and gives the future work of this research.更多还原
