中国朽木甲亚科Alleculinae(鞘翅目:拟步甲科)系统学研究
Systematic Study of the Subfamily Alleculinae from China (Coleoptera: Tenebrionidae)

【摘要】 朽木甲成虫对植物具有传粉作用,幼期土栖或钻蛀朽木,对植物根部或竹木材产生一定影响。分类地位隶属鞘翅目Coleoptera多食亚目Polyphaga扁甲类Cucujiformmia拟步甲总科Tenebrionoidea(=异跗节类Heteromera)拟步甲科Tenebrionidae。迄今全球已知3族、159属、2795种(亚种),广泛分布于世界各地,尤以热带雨林地区为主;其中2族17属157种分布于我国。我国朽木甲区系调查和分类研究工作极为落后,国内除近几年描述9种外,余由外国学者定名。为改变这种落后局面,专门开展了本类群的分类研究。本文共计19万字,整体照片和后翅照片共53幅,特征图408个,分总论和各论两大部分。 总论:详细介绍了朽木甲亚科的分类地位与分类系统、分类研究概况、研究材料及方法、形态特征、生物学特性与经济意义、还有区系组成与地理分布。首次使用扫描电镜对灌县栉甲Cteniopinus kwanhsienensis Borchmann,1930头部和复眼进行观察,首次对异角栉甲Cteniopinus varicornis的16S rDNA和18S rDNA进行测序,并将防御腺、口器和后翅特征运用到分类研究中。依据中国种类,首次采用支序系统学原理及Hennig 86(1.5版)计算程序对我国朽木甲亚科14属的20个性状演变系列,进行了亲缘关系分析和推断;也对栉甲属Cteniopinus演化和历史生物地理学进行了初步推断。 各论:首次对我国朽木甲亚科进行了较全面系统的种类总结,共记述2族13属141种,列出每种的同异名顺序及其引证文献和地理分布,对其中89种进行了形态描述,提供了53种的特征图和形态照片,编写了属、种检索表。科学新发现9种,中国新记录1属4种,提出新同物异名1个。新种为红足栉甲Cteniopinus rubipes Bai et Ren,2003、长角栉甲C.antennatus Ren et Bai,2003、黑头栉甲C.nigrocapitis Bai et Ren,2003、异角栉甲C.varicornis Ren et Bai,2003、黑腹栉甲C.nigroventrus Bai et Ren,2003、黑斑栉甲C.nigromaculatus Bai et Ren,2003、黄腿栉甲C.flavifemur Bai et Ren,2003、黄须栉甲C.flavipalpulus Bai et Ren,2003、宽胸栉甲C.brevithoracus Bai et Ren,2003;新记录属:花栉甲属Omophlina Reitter,1890;新记录种:沟栉甲Cteniopinus fossulatus Pic,1913、衣栉甲C.iyonis Kono,1930、窄跗栉甲C.renoitarsis Borehmann,1930、皱花栉甲Om叩hlina eorrus Solsk苏1881;新同物异名:南方污朽木甲Borboresthes austriaca(Z hang,1 989)二南方朽木甲Allecula austriaca Zhang,1989。
【Abstract】 The subfamily Alleculinae, belonging to the family Tenbrionidae, is of great economic importance. There are 3 tribi, 159 genera and 2795 species belonging to Alleculinae in the world and 2 tribi, 17 genera and 157 species are distributed in China. It is a remarkably diverse fauna in China, but the study on this field has been fallen far behind. The species of Alleculinae in China are almost norminated and described by foreign scholars, only 9 new species are found by native scholars. Nowadays there is still no completely systematic study of the Alleculinae in China. In order to change this situation, the classification study on this field was carried out. This paper is composed of the general account and the classification account.In the general account, status of the classification and hierarchy, review of classification research, material and methods, morphology, biology and economical importance, phylogenetic relationship, faunal composing and distribution are introduced in detail.In the classification account, 2 tribi, 13 genera with 141 species in China are recorded, and documents, synonyms, distributions of each species are listed. Among them, 89 species are depicted in morphological characters, which figures and photos are followed. Keys to genera and species are drawn up. During this study, 9 new species are found. Furthermore, 1 genus and 4 species are reported for the first time from China, and 1 new synonym is found.1. New species: 1.1 Cteniopinus brevithoracus sp. nov.Holotype , Mt. Gaoligong (26.31?N, 98.86?E; 1950m alt.), Fugong Country, Yunnan Prov., 27 June, 2000, coll. LIANG Hong-Bin. Paratype: 1 , same data as the holotype.Diagnosis. This new species can be recognized mainly by the following characters with C. nigritarsis Borchmann, 1930 (distributed in Korea): the former femur yellow; the length of pronotum shorter than the width evidently; 1st to 3rd segments of antenna yellow; terminal segment of maxillary palpus with the length of upside margin 1.3 times as that of downside one. Whereas in the latter femur black; the length of pronotum nearly equal to the width; antenna black completely; terminal segment of maxillary palpus with the length of upside margin 2.2 times as that of downside one.Etymology. This new species is named after pronotum is somewhat broad.1.2 Cteniopinus nigrocapitis sp. nov.Holotype Mt. Gaoligong (26.3 N, 98.86?E; 1950m alt.), Fugong Country, Yunnan Province, 27 June, 2000, coll. LIANG Hong-Bin.Diagnosis. This new species can be recognized mainly by the following characters with C. potanini Heyd, 1889 (distributed in Gansu Province and Sichuan Province of China): the former body length 8-9mm; the length of pronotum shorter than the width evidently; terminal segment of maxillary palpus with the length of upside margin 1.4 times as that of downside one; ventral view of body yellow to brown. Whereas in the latter body length 11-14mm; the length of pronotum nearly equal to the width; terminal segment of maxillary palpus with the length of upside margin 2.6 times as that of downside one; ventral view of body black.Etymology. This new species is named after head is black.1.3 Cteniopinus nigroventrus sp. nov.Holotype Jiangjin, Chongqing, 21 May, 2001, coll. WANG Hai-Jian. Paratypes: 1 , same data as the holotype.Diagnosis. This new species can be recognized mainly by the following characters with C. hypocrita (Marseul, 1876) (distributed in Japan and east of China): the former maxillary palpus black; pronotum wholly bordered with between red and brown margin except the frontal part of lateral margin; coxa black; abdomen black. Whereas in the latter 1st segment of maxillary palpusyellow, the 2nd brown, the 3rd deep brown; pronotum wholly bordered; coxa yellow; abdomen dark red.Etymology. This new species is named after abdomen is nearly black.1.4 Cteniopinus rubipes sp. nov.Holotype , Mt. Yujun (3000m alt.), Kangding Country, Sichuan Province, 6 August, 1999, coll. REN Guo-Dong.
